Woah this looks sick! This map is very iconic and a pivotal moment for Doom 2's story since it's when you deactivate the forcefield holding humanity hostage! Just woke up and I got treated with a new video from Gougaru! Seems like this day will be great and hopefully yours too!

Akshully you’re only flipping that switch in the end of MAP11, which has two names: “Circle of Death” and “‘O’ of Destruction”!

The mancubus spawn was a bug, I did have 4 at once at first but maybe the trigger got 'corrupt' after toying with then deleting more things. But it fit better with the 'default' loadout balancing as you don't have dash or weapon mods, among other things. Much to learn I have, clearly... this was a good rest run tho for bigger and better things to come. Maybe I'll remake one of my custom geo snapmaps, next.

@Gougaru Indeed, and I have a multilevel Quake mapset to finish too. I keep myself busy. IRL exercise and HIIT after overnights keep the blood, and thus ideas, flowing. May my inspirational blood never run dry, and may we never need mappers block again. 😅

@@ShadesMan I should mention you should add a disclaimer that this mod will corrupt your file and you'll need to start a new game so use a back up file to launch it

@@Gougaru oh dang I had no idea, I wonder if it hasta do with the wrong repackaging from earlier... or it's a bug in idStudio that affects custom maps I dunno. I'd just load the game and go right to console to load it.

How are you able to use commands for hands_fov scale? etc. Can't figure it out since the update dropped. Also, very nice video. I knew it was only a matter of time before classic maps were brought to Eternal. I might even try my hand at making something.
