The inflation we are experiencing is directly related to the increased cost for fuel. Also as a farmer you know you don’t get something for nothing. Unfortunately there are lots of ripple that feel someone owes them something. What is going on now is irrational and has no other basis of transfer of wealth and control. Al that makes what you and Gina are doing very smart. Enjoy your videos.

Michael Francis , In today's world the economy's of many countries are intimately tied together. As a result , when the economy of the United States is attacked internally , the ripples are felt world wide. For example, when Biden stopped our oil and gas production to a mere trickle , the U.K. could no longer buy oil and natural gas from the U.S. thus the U.K. had to turn to Russia for oil and gas. Which in turn allows Putin to invade Ukraine. Because if the U.K.protests about that attack then Putin can turn off the gas that you need.

Not only are groceries more expensive.. but the grain & feed for animals is more. The idea of growing food.. for your FOOD... is definitely something to look in to. I know some farmers let their chickens rummage around their compost / manure piles. 🐔🐔🐔 I wonder if growing some corn would help augment your feed... assuming you can protect it from all the wild critters. 😬
@forrestgump95762 жыл бұрын
Yes, lots of possibilities in doing that! Lots of potential in cover crops that double as feed. I don't know if they can grow sweet potatoes there, I am in Minnesota and have had some success. But, the vines are up to 25% protein. And there is always the possibility of collecting food scraps from local businesses, like one other YTer does.
