i have worked with apple people as a coder , i was a contract employee but my reporting manager was direct employee of Apple and we worked on a core business project for apple, these people are just average people , nothing so fancy about them, they do love apple products a lot , but nothing like extraordinary , even i remember one of my teammates insulted the manager in a bad way and the manger became angry and decided not to attend meeting

Not really, this is very generic information. They mostly hire internally, and interview processes are completely tailored to the role. Liking or not liking the mac doesn’t really help. They also hire very specifically, do not over or under hire.
