Thankyou so much for this video. it is very reassuring and comforting to better understand how my brain works. knowing this is not me and better yet nothing is wrong with me! it is my brain reacting to a strong emotional experience that I had and now is overacting. appreciating my body's natural response to protect me. but knowing that this no longer serves me and there is a road to healing !
