Nutrition-wise I keep it simple. I cook with fresh ingredients and avoid processed food. And I don’t go out to eat as often.
Find the foods you enjoy the most and eat these foods over and over again. Your body gets used to the foods you eat and develops the enzymes you need to digest them better. If you eat too many different things you gonna confuse your digestion system.
Start to pay attention to which foods are good for you and which ones are not. If you get bloated after eating some foods, they are probably not. Go and cut out the ones you don’t digest well.
Another benefit of eating less variety of foods is that you don’t have to spend so much time thinking about what to eat.
If you wanna cut out meat continue eating the same things while increasing amounts of vegetables and add beans, and lentils…
