Looking big and symmetrical Saddik! Only drawback? Like you, I have broad shoulders which is great, don't get me wrong, but we need to work our traps and lower back to beef up above and below the shoulder line. My neck is pretty long so I need to focus on my traps.

I love the grit and the unfiltered hardwork you show in your videos. Truly appreciate you brother. I recently had an injury so couldn't workout for a month but your videos kept me motivated throughout and when I got back I was just so into it from the word go. All because of you. Thanks a ton for putting up such great content. Truly an inspiration to a lot of young guys out there. Keep up the hard work brother Love and respect from India 🇮🇳

Legs are definitely easy to grow. Just have to get in there and do it! 20+ years of motocross, has destroyed both my knees though, Cant push as heavy anymore. But I still ride and train legs 🤘🏼

garlic powder how much do u use
@irism.miller14368 ай бұрын
I use a table spoon 3 meals a day but this article says Consuming one clove of garlic per day, or 3-6 grams (g), can reduce cholesterol levels by 10%, some research shows. Garlic and garlic supplements can also have other health benefits and some mild side effects.

I dribble every time!😅It goes against what I used to do back in the day?But at almost 63?I do some lower bod every workout.Never the same exercises 2 days in a row?But I can only do low weight high rep workouts due to arthritis. So I train 5x a week and definitely leave the gym with a full pump every time.No injuries or serious issues for 3 solid years.

I’m the same way. It’s a combination of steroids, good diet, cardio and training, and of course genetics play a role. I eat 4500-5300 cals in my off season and I can keep my waist tight

For me to grow legs, I need it all. High reps, low reps, intensifiers, full failure nearly every set. I do 10 sets for quads then 8 for hams. Doesn’t take much of you go stupid hard. Just my opinion. Great video!
