Something that helped me stay present was mindfulness/watching my thoughts with detachment. I’d look at my thoughts without emotion or judgment. If the thoughts didn’t benefit me, I wouldn’t allow myself to dwell on them. Reading “Practicing the Power of Now” and “Awareness” really helped me with this, especially the concept of removing time from the mind. No future, no past, just right now.

My main manifestations that I do at least three times a day 10 times are the following for my my sp. “He is so in love with me that he thinks of me constantly.” “My Sp loves and misses me more than he has ever loved any other woman in his entire life.” “My SP is generous, kind, unselfish, and gives thoughtful gifts.” My Sp can’t resist calling, texting, and coming to see me. He can’t keep his hands off of me because he loves me so deeply.”

The affirmations are nice. However, none of them state the relationship is in existence. All those things can happen as friends with benefits or less. I would say to add 'I am in the most loving relationship with sp'

What you said in the video makes total sense. I think I love the chase too much, hence I keep imagining all these scenarios that see us at the beginning stages, where we aren't together and he loves me from afar and that is exactly how he behaves with me. Before this, we were complete strangers but would be in a common place in a work environment. Little by little, he would come around more and more to find things to do near me, stealing glances at me, looking away if I looked in his direction. He is normally a people pleaser and is timid. Also, there's a large age gap between us where he is around the age of my adult kids. I imagined him feeling a similar way towards me, that I am unattainable so the times I actually speak to him, he can't control his smiling and he trembles a bit; shaky hands. So now I should imagine him being assertive and not so shy. He also has a gf. I didn't know this when I met him and he never mentioned her to me. Someone else mentioned it in passing and I heard about it that way. I guess they are not so serious together then if he didn't mention her to me the times we have talked. I mean, he told me he wants to get married but not have any kids. Why say those things yet not say, "My gf and I want to get married" or something to that point? When I said to myself that she would find someone better, I overheard some conversations he had with someone near me later that he was having relationship problems. I have no negative feelings about this guy like I'm too old or he's way to handsome for me or that we can't be together because I don't know him. In my mind, we know each other very well. The few times he did some things for me, he seemed very happy to do them. So, I should start thinking about him being more assertive and asking to see me outside of work to "hang out" since of course he believes his feelings for me are his own. He probably doesn't want me to think he's a creep or something like that. Another concern I think he has is that he might think he'll get in trouble at work if he starts some relationship with me plus he knows I have a guy in my life that I have a young child with. What he doesn't know is that I have an open relationship and can see other people if I want to.

I think I am kind of an overthinking person, so I like to have many affirmations and dialogues with myself, and it's kind of natural to me; I do not like to stick to one affirmation, different affirmations depend on my mood :D. If I feel motivated I am saying in the presesnt moment, if not I am just using it's going to happen or it will be soon: ,, SP is begging to be with him" ,,SP is trying to get me back" ,,SP loves me" ,,We always going to be together" ,,SP is unhappy to be without me, so he is trying to be in my life" ,,Our love is so strong that we always find ways to be with each other"

@@MindOverThisMatrix I really like your content ♥. But I believe manifestation is just your thoughts and your beliefs, there are no rules. I personally think it's needed to choose affirmations that feel natural and create a good feeling If you believe something is going to happen, it will; it doesn't matter how you affirm it. I always manifested in the future tense before and always got what I wanted within days, because I had a least resistance with future affirming. For my affirming in the present tense sometimes created a lot of resistance and not good feelings inside, so I just chose the least resistance path. And already see many BBL and signs and inner change within, and i know that is done and it's going to happen. But still, thanks. Most important what feels great to say it :) I love your videos.♥

My SP blocked me about 3 weeks ago and yesterday he sent a message but by the time I noticed he deleted it and I'm blocked again. I only see a deleted message note. I'm kind of hopeful it's a sign of movement that he is conforming but it's so frustrating at the same time. I don't know what his message was. Not sure what to make out of it 😢

Hi matt, could you explain me if there is a guarantee in manifesting an SP ? Cuz in relationships, even if you put alot of effort, it is still not a guarantee that the other person will love you. So, why is manifestaion different ? Why is it up to us and not on the other person ?

Your reality is a result of your awareness. The things you experience are due to your thoughts, feelings and assumptions. Therefore, assuming you commit to a new way of thinking and feeling, you will create a new reality based on that. now, the reason effort doesnt work is because when putting in the effort, you'reshowing, through your thoughts, how bad things are, which creates more of that

I was only thinking yesterday when I had not the best of days, I wish I could watch more videos about what our specific person thinks when we are manifesting them . Videos on this topic always perk me up and fill me with some hope and then I also thought of you Matthew just because I enjoy many of your videos .Im assuming I manifested this video to show up in my reality? Is that right ? As soon as it appeared I smiled and said out loud oh wow Thankyou . Anyway I was so happy to see this and needed this reminder. So thanks ever so much 🙏🏼 As for my own personal sp affirmations are , SP is my loving & faithful husband, SP loves only me & loves me unconditionally SP is so deeply in love and so lovingly obsessed with me. SP feels so proud , blessed and happy to be with me . SP wanted his first & only child to be with me , and now we are having a healthy baby girl together . If they need tweaked please feel free but for all I desire ( marriage , child , all with SP ) I hope these will help create this reality I long for . What if this sp doesn't know i exist yet ? What if we are perfect strangers ? I get the feelings that these thoughts are being accumulated now so that they can effortlessly materialize when we physically met ⚡️ I 𝙙𝙚𝙛𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙚𝙡𝙮 know my thoughts are successfully delivered to him bc my constant thoughts (affirmations) still contain energy, no matter what the circumstances are.
