Reason 6 does count since DSP has a habit of blaming the game, the console, the controller, the game Developers, people in chat for giving him "false" information/trolling Okay short version, He blames everyone and everything but himself for his own piss poor skills. And while I am aware of the N.Sane Trilogy's notorious hitbox problems, I bet even if the hitbox problem didn't exist he would still blame the game. If memory serves, he once blamed Nintendo (and I think maybe tried to sue them IDK that might be false) for selling him a broken Nintendo Switch when in fact HE ruined it himself by turning it off in the middle of an important update. I also wouldn't put it past him to try and ruin a games sale by complaining and telling people, who have likely not even tried the games themselves yet, to ignore it because he thinks they're poorly coded and/or broken. There's a reason so many people hate him.

I'm going to say it anyway, Elliot of the SGB plays WAY better than Phil does, at least when Elliot dies on purpose, Johnny's reaction is hilarious and classic. Phil's on the other hand, goes on his pathetic tirade against the people behind the game, always blames so-called dropped outputs rather than accepting blame on his own shitty skills and even though some of his reactions in his Crash 3 LP are hilarious, most of them are tedious, monotonous and to the point where Phil goes nowhere and runs out of lives too quickly. And also, is it me or does the video thumbnail look like Elliot is about to give Phil a karate chop to the face?

This is a very well put together video, dude. It's funny how my friends introduced me to DSP two weeks ago, and I cannot stop watching the "This is How You Don't Play" videos. Now, he's paired up with my favorite Let's Play Channel on KZbin. Elliot may have done terrible, but DSP just has a natural talent for doing everything a gamer / human being shouldn't do. Also, I'm very excited to see how Elliot does when he plays Warped for N.Sane Trilogy.

The difference is, Elliot was having fun failing, was able to laugh at himself and bring smiles to our faces. DSP never has fun, even when succeeding. His attitude is the main issue people have with him. If he would just laugh at his deaths and admit he perhaps "didn't press the button at the right time" etc instead of the false and rather laughable claim of "dropped inputs" (which we all know is complete bs), then he would even be likeable. He is simply hated for his attitude, but I do admit it's a guilty pleasure watching TIHYDPs and some of DSPs vids (adblock enabled, he's not getting any revenue from me!) because it's just hilarious to watch someone fail so badly and cry like a baby about it!

The rabbit hole that is DSP goes so much deeper than this. He shits on every single installment of the Metal Gear Solid series because he blames Hideo Kojima for the reason people hate him. You see, the whole TIHYDP idea was created by one of his former fans named EvilAJ2010 who got sick of his shit. In 2012 he played MGS2 so poorly that AJ had to make a montage showing how shit he was. It blew up overnight. Now, every single time he plays a Metal Gear game, he makes sure that he does nothing but bash Kojima. He actually gets full of piss and vinegar whenever the guy get's credited for his own work. On top of that, he once created his own webseries called Project 7 which was this total vanity project of he and his friends going to reclaim his ability to play video games which was stolen by his haters. He refused to pay any of the actors or crew responsible for the show because he claimed he was the only guy who put work in the show. Everybody quit and the show was cancelled. Years later his former best friends came out and told their story which included them begging Phil to at least pay the guys editing the series for him. He refused and instead bought himself a BMW with that money. Speaking of which, when he decided he wasn't safe because so many people hated him, he moved from Connecticut to Washington and moved into a quarter of a million dollar home which he's been complaining he can't pay for ever since and demanding his fans cough up more to help pay for it. He also masturbated while streaming when he thought his camera was turned off. Most recently, he's been spending the last 6 months or so demanding his fans pay his taxes for him because he got caught committing tax evasion. Tax season came around and all the sudden he was swimming in money so much that he decided to take a week long vacation.

I've always wondered why Phil insists on overwriting a different file every time he saves his game. He's done this on every playthough I've seen. Is there a reason for this, or is it just some weird quirk he has?

Purely Speculation: when myself and other people record games for playgroughs, you tend to, or want to stop every now and then and check your footage to make sure it's not corrupted or audio is desynced or anything like that. When you make sure that your footage is good and clear, you can then save over old files that you don't need so you can have back up saves in case you mess up, or the new recording is messed up, you don't have to restart the whole game, just a little bit back

I think it's a bit unfair that you used the N. Sane trilogy for DSP and the original for SGB. You should've either used the original for DSP or waited until Elliot did his run for the N. Sane Trilogy, since SGB are doing it currently.

It's funny, DSP loves doing these "Redemption Runs" where he plays a game he already did, but tries to redeem himself of all his past failures. He usually ends up doing worse the second time around. Elliot, on the other hand, did a redemption run of Crash 3 on the N Sane Trilogy and did 500x better. It's almost like the problem isn't the game, but rather DSP's inability to learn from his past mistakes.

Sadly, and (unfortunately, yes), yes he is. He's unfortunately not acting. He's legitimately trying to scam the viewers for their money. Meanwhile, SGB, are just 3 brothers, (Johnny, Mark, and Elliot), playing games together with their friend, Matt, for fun, and that's what SGB do, they're just dudes, having fun playing through games and are just doing these LP's to entertain fans, and gasp! TheUrbanLegend Matt wasn't there for Crash 3 because that was WAY before his debut on the channel. He was gonna debut with Resident Evil 2 years before they actually did it, but technical screw ups prevented it and RE2 was saved for a later date.
