Just came back to. Eso after a year and a half. And the first thing i did was jump into. Cyrodill and get wreked. Second thing i did was see what kind of arcanist pvp build dan has posted. And geez was i not disappointed

Swap your nirnhoned mace to your off hand slot to boost damage with dual wield passive

You end up getting less damage on the stat page doing that. Try it buffed and see. I was also surprised.

Awesome build. Thanks for sharing it. Made all the changes to my Arcanist and I am really enjoying playing in Cyrodiil with this new build. I have played for years and ignored mist form, decided to do it with this build and it has saved me a lot of deaths not to mention the attack bonus. I am on PS5 and it takes a bit to get Mages Guild up to 10. I decided to go with Dawnbreaker as my Ultimate for now. Which do you recommend more Dawnbreaker of Smiting or Flawless Dawnbreaker?

So at 2.08 of the video your showing on the front bar 7k plus weapon/spell damage and 9k plus penetration. where are you getting that buff from? thanks

The 7k plus weapon damage is coil active (active majority of the fight) and ravager which is always on.

gaze of sithis, magma incarnate shoulder, shattering fate 2h front bar + 3 body pieces. Heartland conquerer body x2 + 3 rings. Back bar use deaths wind for more defence with defending ice staff.

@@Unified-Gaming it was an example. I had to look every skill up. Tedious. No write up, I'm guessing? Idk who's watching this, personally I've returned to the game and am looking for something useful to farm, so this is what I found. There are so many builds. I don't have the time or motivation to study all the sets and min max. I just want something I can set as a goal and slip into. So yeah, who's watching those stream/videos? People who don't have a clue, I'd imagine a small % are people who know what they're doing, out of boredom. But the majority would be people who don't know what they're doing and looking for something they can strive to achieve. I compared 3 builds. This sound like it's the most attainable, and not some exotic farming needed. Had my main with about 100k uh Cyrodiil points, so I dumped all into Ravager pieces. Next is identifying what other set pieces you're using, goind back and forth in the video... I don't really like to use other people's builds, I like to come up with my own. It's like, when I play a dungeon on Vet mode, I like to find out the scripts on my own, with the group, not someone tell me how it's done. But the game has exploded since the last time I played, about 9 years ago. Idk what's what.

The skills I use for damage are all stam based. The magicka is there to make sure our heals scale of magicka.

@Bogass23 yeah dark elf gives more stats and damage so is great. It also works well as you can go ranged mag arcanist if you like too 😄

Skills are not based off of max stam/mag unless stated so in the skill description otherwise all damage and heals are based off the higher of weapon/spell damage .

Eh Balorghs ms waaaay better than what you’re running you don’t need all that recovery and if you feel you do you getting it from the wrong place .

I find I don't need the extra damage from balorgh as I sit at 7k+ weapon damage and when you factor in pen and breach over 20k pen effectively. This means we hit very hard but yes balorgh can tip your damage higher. I'd personally use selenes if I wanted a proc damage set.

The bear of selenes has a delay that all with mobilety avoid it sadly.

Agreed but if you can get the delayed stun to go off from rune of colourless pool and selene proc you then usually land it.@@gamevids7814

No offense mate but the fatecarver is just a pain in the arse in PvP... unless you've got someone rooted/stunned you lose most of your damage as everyone seems to have learned to just avoid it. Either that or I just suck, but loads of people really suck at arcanist in PvP then, lol.

I said proc sets as in proc damage sets like red mountain. The sets here are stat dense and buffs not ones that heal for you or do damage for you. Most people view procs as I do.
