If they can easily recast Edward Norton to Mark Ruffalo just recast Kang I mean we're in a muktuverse storyline so make Dr doom and a new Kang come from another universe and kill the old Kang somehow then make them the new threats

That's what I had in mind. It may be kinda tricky to kill of Jonathan Majors Kang but they can pull it off and introduce a recasted Kang as another variant.

I wished these movies would never happen because it would tarnish the legacy of the infinity saga and makes the ending of endgame completely meaningless. They also can’t just simply ignore the fact, that the same man who died to save humanity and the universe, is now the one who is trying to destroy it, yes I get that movie and tv show logic is weird but still, they should explain how it would work.

I don't think it would make the endgame meaningless. Tony Starks death played a giant impact and the fact that RDJ coming back to play Dr. Doom means it'll have even more of an impact. They definitely hired him with Tony Starks death to save humanity and the universe in mind. That's kind of the irony. Plus, it isn't exactly the same man. I don't know if they're casting RDJ to play a Tony Stark that'll become Dr. Doom but regardless, it's not gonna be the same Tony Stark from the MCU.

The Jonathan Majors situation is completely different and I find it ridiculous that they wouldn't cast him again after the year sentence.
