This is my CYCLING TRAINING PLAN! Ironman Langkawi 2019 (ENGLISH SUBS)

I will be cycling the distance of 180km for this year Ironman 2019. Every week I'll be cycling at least 135km, i do plan to reach that mark of 180km and get that real suffer fest! watch this video as i explain what are the upgrades I've done and also talk abour my food intake during the cycling.
