​@user-pi4dl6pk5k It's funny there's so many people that think subway is actually fresh. Shame there's so many celebrities that sponsor them. It's the furthest thing from being fresh. It took them 20+ years to realize slicing meats and cheeses is a good idea. So they brought slicers back.

You need to expand on the dressing, bc at those calories for those bowls you must not have dressing on them. They'll pour on the dressing and run your cals up with a quickness

Satiety is more important than food volume if you’re not going to adhere and eat more anyway cuz you’re starving, but volume does help

The only reason why I would stick with the foot longs are the coupons. Easy meal for two with the buy one get one free. You can’t use the coupons on those protein salad bowls. You can also modify the footlong down to 700 calories with grilled chicken.

I agree, but I like to get the sub and just go for a ham one with like 600-700 calories. But I don’t have too large of an appetite. Sometimes I am extremely hungry though and I will get the salad, it just depends

Depends on your nutritional needs tbh. If I need a snack between meals, id go for the salad(protein bowl). Post workout; footlong.

Last time I had subway I got a 6 inch meatball sub with this big chicken salad after I was walking around all day subway is probably the best tasting fast food (if you consider it fast food) and the most filling

good video. just a warning, beware of subway sauces. they have a TON of calories. try asking for some oil and red wine vinegar instead of any sauces

Eat one for lunch today another for one tomorrow I only eat 2 meals a day so essentially if you eat less but more volume you can get stronger get bigger. As long as you don’t eat more than how much you burn u don’t even need to workout 2 times a day to maintain body weight.
