I contacted Sandtex about paint failure after one month, no reply. They are happy to reply when they are selling paint. I have used Sandtex and I have concerns about it as a masonary paint, paint starting coming off after a month, having followed all the preparation details

Can it be clean easily, I find masonry paint gets dirty very fast especially sills
