I feel like the steak sandwich should be considered a part of the menu for the blue moon inn. I know the player character can’t purchase it but it clearly exists in the cannon as the chef would make them for Marley.

I love this idea, but I think there should be points for location aesthetics. Like, the Blue Moon is convenient, but it's also basically in the slums. Meanwhile, the Sheared Ram is located next to a scenic river in a cosy town. I'd also consider the type of patrons who are present. It doesn't matter how nice bar is if it's full of dangerous criminals. The best bar in Gielinor is, imo, no contest. It's Blurberry's. It's located in a major city, but is out of the way enough to not have too much bustle. It's built into the branches of a giant tree, so expect lovely views. The drink selection is unique and varied, and there's food just across the way.

Very true. I was thinking the same thing about the patronage of the Blue Moon bringing it down. Also, I'm hesitant to agree that offering a cabbage (A. Gower's favorite joke object) is worth a full point for menu variety. I'll pay for stew, but I have to wonder if the cabbage on the menu is just a side effect of the owner's lunacy (pun not intended, but telling, eh?)

@ Yeah cabbage is a pretty poor offering. Although now I think of it, the Blue Moon does technically have steak sandwiches. You can't order one as a player, but one of the thieves from Below Ice Mountain is a fan of them.
