I have played Ultrakill! And funnily enough, I reinstalled it while waiting for this game to come out because it seemed like it would scratch a similar itch. It definitely did, but I think I prefer Echo Point Nova. The movement is just too good.

It’s not that kind of game, though. Sure, you have to move a lot when you have a ton of guys shooting rockets at you, but it’s not like some sweaty multiplayer movement shooter. The enemies don’t move nearly as much as you do and you don’t have to play on the difficulty where you die in 4 shots so if you’d rather move less that’s an option. The insane speed is more for traversing the map than it is for combat, the arenas aren’t that huge normally.
