Hands down the most unknown greatest songwriter that no one has ever heard of.

I've turned a few people into fans over the last 20 years and more than a few have asked me "who is this" when a Dax or a Deadboy or Acid Bath song comes on. Fucking dude is just great. I make everyone listen to him. Friends, neighbors, people in line at a stop light, people with their windows open,...

I know I'm 10 months late to reply, He came to Kansas City when I was in University... With his solo tour... I told a friend he had to come to this hole in the wall bar with me to see him. My friend was a real Jerk about everything... Dax walked in and my friend starts shouting "DAX RIGGATONI!!!" I told my friend to stop or we'd get thrown out... Dax got on stage... My friend and everyone in their were in awe once the music started... For what that's worth, some small hole in the wall bar in Kansas City over 12 years ago that prolly doesn't even exist anymore, everyone was in shock and you could only hear Dax's music. Dax stumbled off stage and the audience begged for an encore... I walked to the hall way side stage where him and the drummer were leaning against the walls... Dax looked at his drummer and they both were cackling like kids, and his drummer goes "We can even walk bro how we gonna do this!", the bartender had been feeding them drink after drink all night unfortunately :( , I stuck my hand out... The drummer smirked and said "Here goes nothin! Thanks man!" I helped the drummer back to his kit. They played two more songs and killed and then sat down on the stage and the place slowly emptied out. My friend looked at me and said "DUDE! I FEEL LIKE A JERK! HOLY CRAP! THATS THE BEST BAND IVE SEEN! WHO WAS THAT GUY AGAIN?!?! SIR WHATS YOUR NAME!? WHO ARE YOU? THERES NO WAY YOU ARE JUST SOME SMALL TIME MUSICIAN!" Dax was slumped over on the stage leaning against his amp exhausted trying to breathe. Thats the thing, I'll never forget that show as long as I live... Probably everyone else that was there won't either.
