I became a millionaire by paying myself first. I always invested 10%. of every paycheck first before I paid any bills. I invested 10% first, learned to live on 90%. It doesn't have to be complicated. Baby step 7 here.

interesting how those who say work is great are under 55 and healthy......I've worked hard since I was a child on the family farm, but now, at 63, I don't want to work anymore. I want to enjoy life.....and I do !!

retiring with a million is very similar to maintaining weight loss over a period of years. The word no figures in. Different habits, different mind set. Eating donuts in the morning sets you up to be hungry and tired all day.

It’s easy to work as long as you want if you’re self-employed. Most people, who work for a person or company would probably ushered out by their 60s or 70s in whatever way (retirement package offer, etc)…

I agree with all of this. I just need to avoid doughnuts now.

A great video Ken. But saving and investing is just not sexy or cool. People are always looking over their neighbor's fences. My wife and I have been saving for decades and have a paid-off house with millions saved. Anyone can do it. But you're not going to get there if you don't start today. Happy new year!

It’s simple It’s not hard to have 2 million The difference is most people want 2 million tomorrow
@mikewarby9795Күн бұрын
So true. $2M can be done but takes most people 25-35 years. Do without today so you can do it tomorrow!

Good lord decades saving to buy that dream corvette 😂 you can’t get in or out at that age I remember Dave telling people to sell there rentals to pay off their primary house if I’ve listened to that terrible advice my net worth would’ve been at least 2 million less now 😂
