This is the power of getting healthy as a team

When we come together in groups, we can heal ourselves - and do that more quickly than we ever thought possible.
Lynda Sackett had been suffering from anxiety and depression and had been using alcohol to numb her feelings. As a participant on the Wellness Unwrapped 4-week group coaching programme, she adopted a raft of healthy lifestyle habits over the course of 4 weeks. Lynda was supported, motivated and cheered along by the collective momentum, energy, compassion and honesty of the group. (It's amazing how human connection works its magic even over Zoom).
Lynda experienced a 77% drop in her medical symptoms after the 4 week programme (as measured in pre and post programme assessments).
