It’s the “LeBron needs help” portion of the season. Why didn’t anyone say “MJ needs help” when he was on the Wizards. Remember when LeBron at age 34 missed the playoffs with Lonzo Ball, Julius Randall, and Brandon Ingram. Missed the playoffs. MJ was in the midst of his SECOND THREE-PEAT at age 34, to which LeBron has none. LeBron only went back to back once when Wade and Ray Allen were carrying hm. Once in 21 years. LeBron cost that team a chance to three-peat in 2011. The entire NBA is a watered down league. They badly need to bring back hand checking and defense. They need to make the NBA about competition again. Not brand building and entitlement like LeBron and KD have made it. LeBron is just compiling worthless stats in the most watered down era ever. Scoring 30 points out of 80-90 points of a team is not the same as 30 out of 120-130 every night. The entire NBA is watered down. These frauds can’t be bothered to try in the ALLSTAR game. Can’t be bothered to do the dunk contest cause of punk LeBron. Look at American basketball - it’s in the worst state it’s been in in my lifetime and I am the same age as LeBron. Zion and Ja - they building brands not legacies. It’s why all the best players are from overseas now. Those guys are actually hungry.

As a Celtics fan, I don't watch many Lakers games, but the Christmas game showed me clearly he's the problem. Davis needs help, not him. If he played even just a decent game the Lakers could've won that game, given the Celtics were playing sloppy and unfocused at times. I think Reeves has the potential to be an all-star, but he's restricted by LeBron's ball dominance. D-Lo isn't great, but he's also not trash like some people say. The Lakers don't need Murray, they need to get Lebron out and get an all-star caliber shooter who can stretch the floor.

Dejontay is one of those guys who would look great if you added him to a solid core with great coaching. If you added him to the Kings or the Heat or even the Knicks (great defensive coaching), it'd be a beautiful fit. But if you're trading for him expecting a 2nd or 3rd star player & moving significant assets to get him you're gonna be disappointed. If he went to the Lakers they'd be calling him trash like they do everyone else who comes to play with Lebron. They try to force guys into certain roles that they don't naturally fit into. Not everybody in the nba is a great catch n shoot guy just because they have a decent 3pt%. Not everybody (Dlo) is gonna be a microwave off the bench like Lou Will, Tayshaun Prince, or Shaun Livingston just because they can handle the ball and score a little.

Cuz 95% chances are that’s not gonna happen. That being said, he’s in no way detrimental to the team. Still putting up great offensive numbers, averaging 54% from the field, highest 3pt% and the best plus minus on the team.
