This is the Story of how I found my 1972 MINI authi - Barn Find Mini mK3

It all starts last summer of 2019. Thanks to a friend of mine Roger tells us about a ¨barn find¨ for cars in Capellades, in the region of l'anoia province of Barcelona, ​​it is seen that the man has many classic cars but in a semi-abandoned state, and he tells me that he has two minis, an mk2 and mk3 that the man wants to sell in order to restore some other car that he is excited about before dying. So my friend Adrian, his wife Carmen and I went shopping in Capellades.
And here the story begins ...
Both Adrian and myself were unable to buy the cars because Mr. Francesc, the owner of the cars of this ¨barn find¨, was not in the business of selling although some of these cars are pure junk, but it is that type of owner that they cannot let them go, a disease called Diogenes disease, they cannot get rid of cars that many times they cannot use due to the poor condition they are in, but they cannot sell them either.
That day I really realized that there was "an overload of emotions" it seemed that "I was pushing him to sell something that he did not want. But it is a typical psychological problem of car accumulators, and I certainly did not find a way to approach it.
Back home I couldn't stop thinking about the waste of time and how much I liked the mini to have it in my car collection and I thought about that shitty day and all the emotions that came from Francesc, my friend Adrian and his wife Carmen who came with me to the adventure ”.
But at that moment, it was me who had the problem because I couldn't buy the Mini I wanted. Luckily, A few days later I received a call from Roger who had seen the video of the ¨barn find¨ and he tells me that in the whatapp group of minis there is a man who does want to sell a mini. And here the story begins
So Adrian and I again in search of a car, how strange!
We enter the garage and the first thing I see is a car full of dust, with its tires down and full of moisture and packages inside.
A week later the seller brings it home to us, and since I have a garage full of cars we take it to Adrian's garage.
The truth is that we had a hard time getting it in because one of the wheels didn't want to collaborate.
