Spencer you have a super nice everything boat. Fast enough to get to point B and slow enough to enjoy it. plenty of room to have 2 or 3 people comfortably. I'm glad for you. You did all the fine detail in the floor plan and personally arranged all of the compartments to your desire? Man, now that's living life not abundantly but living life comfortably. Only you know what you need. That is awesome my brother. People (mostly men) dream of this type of thing I know because I'm one of them. I have a Goal (retirement goal) of this very thing. Fine boat upgrade! When your job is fishing, yt, charters, tournaments, you need all your tackle to meet all your needs. And a boat is tackle in the sense of it. Now that I'm also on a river and not just salt, I've added an aluminum 18', 12 degree V-bow, side console to the stable. Good to see you're back with Lowrance. Knock em out up in north Georgia this winter!

The new rig is nice and all that matters is that you like it and it works for Spencer.I think your enclosure/full bimini will be one of the best options u put on the new rig,and you cant go wrong with a Suzuki outboard.Your going to be able to spend much more time actually on the boat fishing now,regardless of weather conditions so hopefully u catch a few giants to test out that massive livewell,that thing is almost Samsquatch size,lol. Congrats on the new rig and remember Ryan said u can always use his boat to go fishin at place the new boat is to big for.So i really dont think you will miss the old jet drive Merc that much when your sailing down the big lakes or Rivers with a few monsters in the livewell on your way back to collect the winning check.Good luck with your tournaments Spencer,your goona win one,STAMP IT!!!!

Great Boat ! I was just telling one of my fishing buddies. I think the SeaArk would be the best boat for what I do mainly,fishing pool 14 in the Mississippi river so this would do everything I want it to do , Catfishing ,Walleye ,panfish . That Bimini and inclosure is going to be sweet! Congratulations !

It would make a darn good boat for all of that I think. I've done a few crappie trips in it so far and I plan on walleye fishing and crappie fishing out of it on the Mississippi this summer. I LOVE the enclosure!

I've shore fished pool 14 but we were mostly pool 19 and 20 on the water. Our fish camp was just below the junction of the DesMoines and Mississippi, pool 20. Had family that commercial fished the dam and south. I've moved to Florida, work the salt, but got to missing the river so now my backyard is a river bank.

9:51 On my ProCat I put an accessory battery under the driver side console. Lights, graphs, filming lights, random accessories, and camera gear can really drain a starter battery fast. Charging it can be a challenge unless you run a wire to a 5 bank charger in the back (or 4 bank, let the outboard charge the starter battery).

I put a vertical rod mount in front of livewell. Traveling down the road Fat fish design I put gunnel mounts on the sides when on the water See spreadem planer boards Chris souders has them on his boat if you want to see them Awesome rod holders you will love them Again congratulations ! Mr. Spencer, congrats on the protege, so question about something, between this boat and the previous seaark you had (I believe it was the 2072) if you had to buy one that would be a do all boat (including hunting and hauling a few deers possibly) and a couple people and to go fishing, between this one and your old one, which would you go with? You put the Seaark Jons on my watch list, but I’m back and forth on a boat. I’m hoping in the next year I could pick one up. Thanks! I have the same one, and if you have the same problem all of us terrova owners have with mounting anything to it,I have a great idea on how to actually be able to mount live scan or any other tranducer to it without taking it apart or having the cord wrap all up. Sweet boat! While I appreciate the stableness of these type boats, I will never like the giant livewells in back. This means that you have to step up every time you want to go for your rod and fight a fish. Also, these hulls just don't handle big water as well as something with a sharper angle (but that's also a tradeoff in stability and skinny water). Ultimate catfish boat is whatever you think it is and the situation you fish in. I wish I could have 3 or 4 boats then I would have all scenarios covered. :)

Thanks man! It's tough to have it all. I thought about going with something similar to what you have, but the lack of a big livewell was one of the reasons I didn't. A boat that does a lot of things well doesn't do anything great, but a versatile rig gives a guy more options.

Good stuff Spencer. Probably a good idea to get the wave blockers. Can you put the wave blockers and the extra floats on the rear? With an 80 gallon live well I could imagine it would lower quite a bit when full. Close to an extra 75lbs just on the back.

Get a ANCHOR ROLLER/ SELF LAUNCH/ ANCHOR NEST like every other sailboat has. I have one it makes fishing with an anchor really easy. The anchor line is fed through the deck back to my wheel/cockpit area and though a "swivel base /cam cleat". I can drop anchor at a moments notice and if I drop 50 foot of anchor I just grab the anchor rope and walk to the back of the boat and repeat. The abilities deployer anchor at a moments notice is a huge safety plus everyone should think about it
