Unfortunately as a Pirates fan, he'll be leaving Pittsburgh once the Dodgers or Yankees come calling. As inept as Pirates management is, if he keeps this up and keeps his elbow in good health, he'll be worth as much as Shohei right now in 4 years time, and the Pirates will have to sell him for a boat load of picks that won't get us anywhere. I just hope they give him a competent team in the meantime so they can compete in the playoffs, but the management for the Buccos just Suckso.

Instead of just looking at stat lines and being a keyboard warrior, go watch the game... he left giving up 1 run and then the releiver came in and walked 6 straight batter 5 of which scored... so ya 3 get charged to skenes but if u understand baseball at all... u really don't count that as 3 earned runs... but everybody knows by ur comment that u know baseball lol care to explain wat ips stands for? Hahaha

If you’re just falling in love with Skeenes you didn’t watch any of the LSU games in the World Series. Dude was LIGHTS OUT! Bar none the best pitcher to come out of college last year. Not even close.

Big difference between college and doing in the show less than 1 calender year later. Don't get me wrong, I totally agree what he did in the CWS was ridiculous, but that start vs the cubbies last week was on a whole other level
