We moved to the Philippines from Texas in 2018 (my family). At Starbucks I always saw the same older America man on his laptop. One day I was at Starbucks with my son and I decided to talk to this man. He clearly loved living in the Philippines. He owned a condo in Tagaytay. When I told him I went back to Texas twice a year (now more like every 18 months) he was shocked. He shook his head, "I'm never going back. I'm NEVER going back." I have run into a lot of Americans like this.

They say some Filipino girls need help it's true!! my Filipina needed help and I stepped in like a man because she's very sweet, she was on lockdown with no job. And her father died while the pandemic was going on. Yes she was broke and knocked down and I knew it, . I supported her for a year. She was in Manila. I sent her back to her province and now her face has cleared up her hair has grown she's exercising her body she's a knock out gorgeous. I saved her and she saved me from the American women. We prove that we love each other all the time. You know everything that you hear about here in America you never hear anything about love and companionship. ship. We have a amazing story because actually it was arranged for us to meet through another person, the person that hook me up with my fiance gave me her phone number, and I held on to that phone number for about 3 days and decided to give her a call. And that was it!!! it's been the same everyday nice sweet understanding no cheating no being offline for long periods of time. She's been right there every time I call.

There are many aspects of life in the PHP that i find superior to that of the decaying West. The Philippines IMO is not a 3rd world country. They have a high educational standard and most people here are multilingual and possess practical life skills mostly forgotten by ignorant westerners. They simply value different things and are largely focused on family and people over things and objects. Having said that the entrepreneurial spirit and capitalism are alive and well , people hustle here with intense focus and energy they just tend not to forget what matters most…..people.
