My biggest problem with this is that Zach is "asking" for others' opinions. It's always been my contention that an alpha doesn't need others to think for him - which is different from a mentorship, for example. Had he simply told us about her, why and that he's happy and satisfied and has made up his mind... I'd be all for it. Sounds to me like he understands what they're saying. BUT it also seems like he's never experienced an abundance of women, or never learnt the game required to have an abundance of women. So it's hard for him to fundamentally understand that there's better options out there. I sympathize with his position as he's at the age where he wants to settle with someone and he has met someone with character. And it's hard to let go of something you see as gold when you're not 100% sure you could find another option. The remedy to his situation... Never allow yourself to get into his position from the outset. Rollo Tomassi is right when he says you should be dating (non exclusively) while you're developing into a man for many reasons. I love questions. We can assume that Zach's partner has little red flags which he didn't mention at all. Deal breakers aren't there. On top of that, she's capable to carry her own and is pleasant and fun to be around even though she's 10 years older. They can communicate well. In conclusion, she's a good choice and pretty safe bet. Zach's standard is not low. Not many women can even pass the red flags screening. At some point, we need to lock shet down and start living instead of shopping endlessly til we drop in the dating market. As for she being 10 years older, people age at different pace. Rich for example is in much better shape than guys 10 or even 20 years younger than he is.

Rollo Tomasso, Greg Adams, Adam Cleary, and so many others have written great book that men can start with to not have to work hard at relationships when they get one. Great relationships aren't hard work if you as a man have put in the work beforehand to receive a great relationship.

If he wants to get married after one year, I think he wants a mommy not just for himself but for the kids too. In a rush to re-create the complete family unit. Maybe he’s afraid of the ex and feels more secure with her support. Someone in his corner to prove he’s worthy of what had already failed. He needs to slow way down. I hope he doesn’t lock himself down with her, yet at least. Spin the plates. The kids have a mom. He needs to find himself without needing someone else to reflect off of. He can get Married at any old age down the line and maybe to her, but certainly now is too soon.

However, in 10 years when you are in your mid 40’s she will be almost 60 years old…. A grandma!
