#1- you weak #2- you soft #3- you lack discipline One more- You scared But for real. I love that pull to the low chest/ solar plexus. This will work. Listen to Corey and you WILL be able to do a muscle up. When you do your first one, you will feel like you’re flying.

I saw your muscle up tutorial which Jordan Hill was with you, I wanted so much to do a muscle up, but I could not even do 5 pull up at that time, so I watched over and over again your video and then do 2 times practice per week ( 70 pull ups and 100 dips ), after 8 months, I made it !!! I finally can do muscle up, thanks a lot for your great vidoe, keep go on !

Funny how I got the muscle up without being obsessive about it, I mean I was just doing some air walking pull ups without thinking about the MU, and one day I went higher and BWALA!!! Never tried the progressions.... it just came naturally.

In my case its mostly about doing too many pull ups and not trying to muscle up enough, I got some clumsy muscle ups with no swing but they are like... very in-efficient due to me having bad awareness and technique, it's mostly bout not wanting to look like an idiot where I work out ;D But hmmm... I'm gonna start not giving a fuck I guess.

which exercices do you recommend for legs?

Corey, how do I increase my pullups? I can only do seven.
@Sigurr886 жыл бұрын
Zach Simmons try to add weight to your pull-ups. Do as much as you can. Do it for 3-4 months, then see how many pull-ups you can do without weight.

Sigurr88 shouldn't I build up my reps higher before I add weight?
@Sigurr886 жыл бұрын
Well, there are also other options. Do one pull-up as slow as possible. Try to do it in 20 seconds. Then take a rest. Then again. Always focus on your form. Or you can do 7 pull-ups, then if you can't do more, continue with australian pull-ups. Do as many as you can. Weights are good to increase your strength, but not obligatory. I would actually always do exercise without weight, since for upper body, you don't really need extra weight to train. (Just look at athletes, gymnasts).

Sigurr88 alright thanks for the advice! I will put it to use!
