Yah just call them and explain and they’ll give you free shipping and will reholder it for free. Look at your books from the side of the spine and see if the inner well is curved or bowed. A lot of people are complaining of bent books lately.

There is no oversight or quality control. It's all about numbers.

It seems as if that label was supposed to be on an actual 266 that got that grade, so there is probably a 266 out there with the venom label. Definitely call them, tell them, and see what they offer you. Be firm, and stand up for what you believe is the right way for them to correct this issue. There should be no extra cost involved. They need to pay for you to ship that back to them. On top of that, I would expect a credit of some sort for me to renew my trust in them. Keep us posted on what happens.

The 4.5 label probably goes to another book. The other person probably got your 9.8 label on their Uncanny X-MEN #266. That has happened before.

Waited over a year for cgc to grade wolverine #1 and Punisher #1. Came back to me with the wolverine label on the punisher and vice-versa. Was free and easy to send back for a fix, but sure makes me hesitate to do it again.

I’d honestly also check those 9.8’s esp under a raking light. A lot of books are coming back bent with the inner well warped

I had a Star Wars #1 graded and the case they put the book in is dirty on the inside! Smudges and fingerprints on the inside of the case! Looks terrible. Never again...

You should question them on the grading because clearly they messed up on the label. The book looks good. You probably end up getting it back in a 9.8 that’s the only thing they did to you man they did way worse to me. It lost my book. They pay me nowhere near what it’s worth damage. A lot of my books. And the list goes on.

Might be a careless mistake. Still, when your business is examining and assigning a value to something, you can’t make huge mistakes like this. Makes the business look sloppy and unorganized.

I feel like you’re stuck with a 4.5 because I wouldn’t trust them to fix it because it’s there fault in the first place you definitely loss on that one

@whynotcomics3291 whyyy? Have CGC fix it. You're allowing the Census to keep getting worse then and not ground the problem. It's great you made this video and all, but fix it. I expected you to say at the end of the video "This sucks cuz it's going to take another 2-3 weeks to fix", not that got don't know what to do with it. You do. CGC will fix it. You'll get it back in a few weeks.

My thoughts are this. They obviously graded that x-men comic, and that grade is for the x- x-men comic, not the Venom comic. Obviously, that Venom comic is a lot higher grade or you wouldn't have sent it in ! Common sense should tell you that.
