brotha, i’m 5’10, 17 years old and weigh 61.5kg, i almost have visible abs and am progressive overloading but slowly. should i continue recomping or start bulking up? currently on 1800 cal.

1800 cal is way too low for anyone honestly. i’m 5’8 and weigh 72 kg and i’m eating 2400 cals a day on a cut

great video. Optimal" NEVER beats Effort. I am tired of seing 140lbs guys with no muscle doing single arm lat pull downs . Annoys me 😶. And I cant imagine someone training 6x a week with max effort is gonna grow less than someone doing "optimal " full body 3x week or upper lower 4x week. Get the shit out of here scientific nerds with no muscle 😝
