@Tomorrow We Live Dude, you do realize that the vast majority of the people suffering from this had nothing to do with any of that, right? No country's citizens are ever in control of what dumb nonsense their country chooses to do. I'm American. You think that means I'm responsible for all the stuff we pulled in the middle east? All the chaos my country has caused in this world? I'm not. I don't support it at all, but it doesn't matter that I don't support those things, because the country's government will do what they want to do regardless. If someone came up to me and told me I deserved to die because of what my country's government has done, I'd call them mentally unhinged. So, with that said, you, sir, or ma'am, are mentally unhinged. Seek help before you hurt someone.

It goes back, way back, to many women who think that they can "fix" a man. (Be it a friend, bf, husband, whatever). It's really UP TO THEM, THE PERSON IN QUESTION, THEMSELVES!! But, the women I mentioned, they fail to see or acknowledge, what their own "break" or problem is, as do the men not see/acknowledge their own. EVERYBODY does this, not just women. MEN, TOO!! If it was just women, the world's problems would be a LOT easier to fix!! Men do it too, but in different ways than women. EVERYBODY should work on fixing their OWN SHIT, before worrying about fixing the shit of others!! I mean, you wouldn't work on a broken item with a broken tool, would you? No, because why? It makes the job a LOT HARDER!! Duh?! The only way that should be done is if "broken tools" are ALL that's left in the world, to use. But, for now, they aren't. Thank goodness! It don't mean you need to be a "professional", but just not VERY broken, yourself. The broken people, still have good insight and their words and thinking, can still be valid and truthful, and would still be heeded by anyone smart. I'm not saying to just ignore them, but don't allow them to be "responsible", to be your "leader", to be the main one in charge of "fixing" you! FOR FUCK'S SAKE!! That's just,...NUTS!! (As, it would unfortunately appear, is the woman's logic, from the video being discussed!🤪).
@angrysilence1234....2 жыл бұрын
When I post ANYTHING, with more than a paragraph in it, My phone, which has "autocorrect" OFF, btw, CHANGES WTF I TYPED to say something completely different. It's true. Believe me or it or not, I don't care anymore. I will try to re-read wtf came out to you to make sure that it's what I actually wanted to say. Sorry, if you got a message that wasn't actually mine. If I can, I will fix it to say wtf I want to say. If I can't, then, I can't. I have had a mild stroke too. So, there's that. But, I always re-read what I write, before AND AFTER, I send it out. Sorry, if it came across to you weird or not understandable. If I can, I'll try to fix it. Sorry, if it was unintelligible. Of course, it didn't DO WTF I said it does with this paragraphed rant. But, not too many different views in this one either. So, wtfe. 🙄😐 FYI, I re-read it. It seems, maybe overly truthful in some aspects, maybe a little "dread ahead" too, but is basically wtf I wanted to say. Again, I apologize if the words or thoughts offend you or if you didn't understand them, in that case, I probably shoulda just made it an "indepenent" post here, rather than a "reactionary" comment to your wise words. But it IS (thank goodness!) wtf I believe, think, and wanted to say on the subject at hand. Words, if spoken truthfully, do sometimes, offend those receiving those words. I see truth, usually told with kindness, but told nonetheless, as a great compliment to the person one is speaking to. "A truth, told with bad intent, beats all the lies one can invent.", said Mark Twain. And he is right. It is best to tell your truth, but don't let your anger or your fear take over your mouth too. For then, it is just...truth told with malice and hatred, to hurt all you tell it to. Thus, if my truth offends you, or anybody else, I apologize. I may have gotten "snarky" in saying it, but it isn't my intent to hurt anyone, not even myself, with my truth. I just see it as the best way to say how I honestly feel, the truth, according to...well, me. For whatever that's worth, to anyone. If everyone told the truth, in a firm, but kind way, I think the world would be much better off. Peace, and thanks, to you, and to all those forced to read this BOOK! 🙄🤪

@PerceivedREALITY9992 жыл бұрын
We need to understand our psychological makeup in order to achieve this transformation. In other words, change the way we perceive reality. We must view each other as friends rather than adversaries. The human condition is an interesting subject when observed from an alien perspective. The psychological state can become so severely damaged, that it begins to manifest delusional thoughts. We perceive reality by making educated guesses, based on our observations, knowledge, environment and genetic makeup. Reality is by definition real, but our perception of reality is made up of many false beliefs. If we can eliminate our emotional bias, we will be able to make better decisions. It is important to be objective. Question more, in order to find the truth. Conversation is the key to humanity, we must keep communicating in order to establish lasting peace. “For millions of years, mankind was primitive. Then something happened which unleashed the power of our imagination. We learned to talk and we learned to listen. Speech has allowed the communication of ideas, enabling human beings to work together to build the impossible. Mankind’s greatest achievements have come about by talking, and its greatest failures by not talking. It doesn’t have to be like this. Our greatest hopes could become reality in the future. With the technology at our disposal, the possibilities are unbounded. All we need to do is make sure we keep talking. ― Stephen Hawking There is still hope, we just need to communicate ✌️

ive written rant poetry, which i feel is similar to slam poetry but nonetheless different. when im having a really bad day (chronic illnesses + disabled) i turn my pain into words. sometimes i read it out loud and it feels cool. at the end of it i feel a lot better & thats what matters, because thats what it was supposed to do. its been a while since ive actually written rant poetry (i still write poems, but i havent written rant poetry in some time) because my lupus has been in remission for years. i first started writing it back in highschool when i had just been diagnosed, and i was suddenly in an overwhelming amount of pain unlike anything id ever experienced, not to mention side effects from new medication that left me feeling like shit. but rant poetry does its thing for me - it makes me feel better! so i write it. totally respect that stuff like rant poetry and slam poetry and poems in general arent everyones thing though! cant force a pear to be friends with an orange that poem was absolutely wild though, like 2.326/10 maybe not projecting enough confidence or strength; the linguistic provocation is weak at best. absolutely disappointing smh (also wtf @ that premise can we talk about that 4 a min? 'wow if i was putins mom i bet shit would be better' i get that creative writing and poetry and shit is about exploring all possibilities and your imagination is the limit and no idea is wrong and you can write whatever you want but listen there is a literal war going on right now and this piece comes off as patronizing or tone-deaf at best. i do not want to elaborate on worse interpretations; that is not my dog to wash. sometimes, it is best to keep a thought to yourself - if you absolutely cannot, DO NOT post it and keep it between you and your journal/notebook/notes app/etc. there are times, such as now, where an idea really needs to Not be shared and you need to just keep it to yourself. your ideas and thoughts do not matter more than real people. also, if youre trying to be mindful and, say, ask a member of x population if posting y is insensitive - for fucks sake listen to them if they say 'yes thats insensitive dont post it'; 'im not uncomfortable with it but i know others would be so i wouldnt post it'; etc etc any variation where the conclusion is dont post it. your feelings and clout are not of higher value than actual human beings who are affected by what you create. one of the most important aspects of being a creator, in my opinion, is understanding that your ideas have an impact on others - even if theyre misinterpreted, or misrepresented, or misunderstood, your ideas are reaching real people who take away something from what they see/hear/etc. so, poem about wanting to have raised putin to be a better person during, like, a literal war between russia/ukraine? holy shit do not post. have some self awareness. read a goddamn news article or something. think it thru i am begging u. literally sobbing on ground) serious question: is this even slam poetry?

I also watched SOG's video about this, and I've come to these 2 conclusions about it: 1) I think her poem ignores the complicated history between Russia and Ukraine since Ukraine split from Russia and declared independence, and how much more of a factor geopolitical issues play into countries coming into conflict more than Putin being a naughty boy on a naughty list. Due to this, I think she's downplaying the scale of the issue by reducing the root problem to Putin having a cold heart. I'm not fully educated on the reasons for why - all I know is that Putin has stated he wants to de-Nazify Ukraine, and I don't think that reason on its own goes into enough detail. But Putin being so cold-hearted to attack a civilian population is merely a catalyst that gets the problem started faster and easier, not the main issue at hand. 2) From the get-go, her poem doesn't address any clear message that most people would want Putin to agree with, like the violation of basic human rights that firing at Kyiv would commit. She also digs too deep into a message that human beings can understand and agree with on an intuitive level - *no one with a sane mind really desires to torment and harm others.* I think it unnecessarily digs too deep in the sense that she's really trying to sell the narrative that something is wrong with Putin psychologically, and if only she was his parent, she would raise him with a set of ideals and mindset that wouldn't give way to these "psychological issues" that would dare him to attack Ukraine. It's not intending to spread the message everyone is on board with - it's intending on spreading the message *she* is on board with, since she supposedly seems to know what ideals or mindset she'd want him to live by, and it's only a coincidence that there could be any similarity. Many people agree that Russia attacking first is unrespectable, Russia causing civilian casualties is unrespectable, and Russia's goal to take Ukraine after it declared independence is unrespectable. Her poem doesn't address any of the suffering Ukrainians are living through, her poem fails to appeal to any semblance of human decency within Russia. It's about setting herself up as the morally superior and knowledgeable individual on a pedestal over Putin. As an analogy, imagine that there's a bar fight happening, and you're the nearest person who can help stop it. If you didn't have a choice to run away, would you boast about what they did wrong and what you would've done better while they're still killing each other with bare hands and beer bottles, or would you call for help to restrain them from beating each other? Simply put, is it more respectable as a person to use terrible circumstances to promote yourself as better than those who started it, or would you simply put an effort to stop and treat terrible circumstances from creating bigger consequences?

For this woman to think that she could have done a better job raising him is so incredibly callous to his actual mother and what she and millions of Soviet Citizens went through.
