For cutting out your outlet boxes start in the middle of the box move to the outer edge and hopp over the edge of the box then go counter clockwise the bit rotation will pull itself to the box. Takes a few times to get it but works like a charm.

I wonder if since the direction of spin affects the cut if maybe left handed people might have to work harder to get clean cuts. Most tools are designed for righties and than lefties have to learn a work around.

Every time I get a glimpse of the off grid house, it's shape reminds me of a shoe or boot. But whatever, as long as it turns up as a cozy place to call home You''re doing a great build and already getting the house you want. Nice work.

Behind a wood burning stove when it's close to a wall calls for sheet metal that's elevated off the wall so there's an air gap between it and the wall

Because this is maybe your first time with drywall, I suggest you do all your walls, even the one's you plan to do something different on. You might love the other thing your going to do with that section of the wall but if you don't you won't have to head out to the store for more sheetrock to cover up the opps. And it'll give you a good base to build on and one to recover on as well.

@@ThisOffGridLife T-Squares are only as good as its operator as they can "drift" during a cut if not properly held in place. At Habitat for Humanity, Only ONE person cuts for all the hanging so that this "variation" doesn't show up in the end, which it will if left to unskilled hands.
