Yet, according to the Big Mac Index, Big Macs cost the same in Denmark as they do in the US. Fact of the matter is that there is a maximum price that people are willing to pay for a product, no matter how much they have in their pocket. Well it’s just not the high wage for the workers, it’s the much higher prices for fast food. Two hot dogs, one large fries and drink $14.89, when Trump was president this cost me $7 dollars! I worked construction all of my life and for a good portion of it was paid $15 to $18 dollars a hour. We’re talking super hard work, now you can make $20 dollars a hour for flipping hamburgers!
