COST TOO DAMN MUCH I've been in Mesa since 09'. That unit more likely cost 800 a month 4 years ago. And it's outdated. I'd rather pay that amount in a house or the newly built complex. Owners are definitely being fkn greedy.

Fortunately, me & my husband bought our house in 2003 for $139,900.00, 1,829 sq ft, and our monthly mortgage was only $652/mo... got the house paid off in 14 yrs 9 mos! The monthly rent on houses and apartments now... I don't know how people are making it!

That is cheap. Come to the west valley in Surprise. The apartment I used to rent there a couple years ago. 700sq feet 1bed bath was $920 the same apartment today is $1600.

I was down with everything until I saw the paint next to the water heater. No storage with the water heater in that small space. But, after all the apartments I have seen on your channel. I would have jumped at this apartment. Ground floor. Nice shower. It’s really nice. All you have to do is put your groceries in a cart and wheel them in.

Super, this is NOT a townhouse. It's a regular apartment. A townhouse has 2 stories; usually bedrooms and a bath upstairs and living quarters downstairs. The distinction is important. Nice video otherwise. 😊

I don’t think there’s any rules on what makes a townhouse. I owned a single level townhouse in the 80’s. I think one thing most townhouses have is a small courtyard which this one has.

I agree, this is a regular apartment BUT the wording townhouse might apply per the geographic area. In some places what some might call an apartment in other areas the words apartment home is used. Where I live a townhome is a side by side unit, shared walls, their own exterior doors, 2 or 3 stories, living quarters plus powder room down with bed and baths up.

I think thats a condo, the townhomes have upstairs inside the unit. We lived in something similar in Scottsdale but they were townhomes. Scottsdale has several town home communities now that I think of it with a pool in the complex your own parking spot and a backyard ours was a 3 bed 2 1/2 bath and it was bigger also but having an upstairs also makes things seem bigger to me also.

I like the pantry in the kitchen, the steel front screen door, the flooring, not so much the carpet, and the patio. I think that kind of patio is actually important because people living in such compacted areas, having a private space is mentally more than nice but needed. It's perfect for a little garden, even using garden pots and a small water feature, a wind chime...😊

Not really a problem with renters, it has to do with the area. If there's any new construction around, you're more apt to have scorpions. Palm trees also attract scorpions. 🌴🦂

I'm kicking myself right now, cause I could've easily afforded to buy a townhouse I once rented in 2004, back in 2009, 3 bedroom 2 bath, for get this, 43k! It was sold for 43k! At that time didn't know, so I signed a lease at an apartment that cost me 900 dollars a month. If I had bought the townhome my mortgage would've only been 275 a month! I could've rented out a bedroom or two and only had to work part-time until mortgage paid off. It would've been the American dream! I knew the realtor who owned the townhouse too, very nice guy, he would've for certain helped me out and insured I got it. It was a steal! That property now worth 250k! Check it out online continental townhomes, right next to mcc and the hospital. Would've banked on that townhome with roomies living with, even if I charged them a high 300 a month, that's 4 times cheaper than rent surrounding the place.
