Absolutely, it’s up there with Tokyo New York and Paris. It’s been getting it’s flowers these last few years. Mexico itself is poised to be a top 10 economy by 2035 or earlier.

Some of the best Italian food I've had, street burgers that put many US places to shame. Mexico city, not just tacos. Great steakhouses too.

Mexicans make about 90% of the food near where I live. If food doesn’t taste good, blame the corporate management almost every time.

I was born in Mexico city Iztapalapa, my grandparents live there but I only lived there for 6 months of my life 😅. My parents are from Pénjamo Guanajuato but I only lived there one year before coming to Phoenix Arizona. I have enjoyed watching all your Mexico videos hope to be in Mexico city this November, planning on staying a month because my grandparents are now older so wanted to visit them while I still can. As you know being American anything can be Mexican food since most cooks in the states are Mexican 😅. For good or bad we are the backbone of many American businesses even if people don't wanna give us the credit we deserve. Stay safe guys.

@dorianbelen10 ай бұрын
wow. That Italian beef looks incredible. This is how I prepare them at home. In Chicago I learned to find the best sandwiches and they were where the meat was not cut by machine. The meat had to be manually torn, tender and juicy. The drowned torta de guadalajara looks similar But there is another one that is more similar and they are barbecue sandwiches (Torta de barbacoa y cochinita pibil) since that meat is baked underground for more than 12 hours. It is funny. That when you made your potato and cheese taco. You said it wasn't technically a taco. But the truth is that it is. Since everyone believes that the taco is a food. Even many Mexicans. But the reality is that the taco is just the method of putting any food you want inside a tortilla. There are no rules in Mexico. That is the reason why there are thousands of taquerias . You will always find a different style on every corner.
@HeresGoodTravel10 ай бұрын
Wow this was freaking awesome! Thanks for the great comment. “There are no rules in Mexico” truer words have never been spoken. We live in San Diego and there are no good beef sandwiches. We drive like 2 hours to get to Portillo’s sometimes! Thanks for the rad comment, it made our day. We promise to keep eating all the tacos!

Im from Scotland and live in Mexico. Ive lived here close to 8 years, 5 in Mexico City and 3 in Cuernavaca. For me Mexico City blows even New York out the water and is culinary nirvana. Just for the mexican cuisine itself which for me is the best in the world for variation. There is a ton more that I like thats not shown here including Korean, Brazillian, Argentinian Italian and very good Indian and I could go on beyond that.
