You appeared as a random recommendation on my feed. Nice video. Especially for reasonable prices in Waikiki which isn’t so easy to find. I like that you both are so upbeat and not fussy gourmet snobs. Very down to earth reviews. Local approved. Clemenza recommendation, given the choice of either ono or snapper, leave the ono, take the snapper, *(far more tender and succulent.)* But….jeez the second guy in line at Duke’s (sorry, Pai’s in Duke’s) having his finger food appetizer. Yo, editor!!!

Salmon smoked with cedar wood is a classic recipe from the Indigenous Peoples of the Pacific Northwest--it’s truly the best traditional way to cook fish. So delicious!!!!!!

We also ate poke everywhere along the way. Probably 5 places, Duke’s was one of my favorites as was Kona Brewery!!

❤️ We messed up! We went to dukes for the breakfast buffet but it’s the lunch one that had the ribs and poke!! It was still an amazing way to start the day but we were kicking ourselves for that one.

We went to the original Leonard’s Malasadas near the Zoo in Waikiki. The line went pretty quickly, We got 4 flavors. Also, you need to go the Dole Pineapple Farm!! So much fun!! But you need to eat them when they’re hot, not so good the next day… We went when the Northshore was pretty empty and flat. We did the same thing, we went the other way, hit the breweries on the way :) The Roadside rests are so awesome and nice, I think I could live in one, lol!!

@@HeresGoodTravel Makes me want to go back to visit my friends over there. We stayed at the Park Shore Hotel and one of the most famous places to get a Mai Tai is attached to the hotel, thank goodness, lol!! It’s called Lulu’s and they make them super strong!!

@@HeresGoodTravel They have a little train you can ride to tour the plantation. The Dole Whip is really tasty, lots of good photo opportunities. Also went to a Luau put on my college students, so amazing and the food was fantastic!!

As someone who's lived in Sayulita for over 4 years, I can really appreciate this video. Most vloggers mostly go to tourist traps and claim this or that "is the best". They often clearly didn't do their research and are plainly misleading people. This is a welcome exception. Well done.

Do you have any secret spots you wouldn’t mind sharing if we head back there some day? There was a pollo lady called “pollos Rolanda”. That we really like but didn’t catch her this last trip.

FYI....@South Shore Grill, aside from being the Hawaiian word for "delicious"....ono is the Hawaiian word for wahoo. IMO...If you're searching for local Hawaiian plate lunches, around Diamond Head area, checkout Fort Ruger Market.....

Nice! We fell in love with ono on this trip! Such a unique fish that we don’t find in San Diego! We get some Opah that is probably the closest we’ve tasted. We didn’t see that place while we were there but we’ve saved it for our next visit. Thanks so much for the intel!🤙

We went to Prague this past November and loved it so much, we"re coming back this year with 2 stops in Warsaw and Krakow (we've never been) in you opinion which did you like most, Prague or Krakow? Cheers!

Daaaaaang that’s so tough! Prague has a more medieval vibe with a bit more worthwhile tourist spots to see and visit. Krakow is more modern and has a bit of a cooler vibe. We love both for different reasons but Poland is one of our favorite countries to visit! Basically you guys nailed it planning this trip!😂

Thanks so much! We were a little bit sticker shocked our first few days in Waikiki but the quality you get for the price makes it all worth it. @@HeresGoodTravel We did the drive the opposite way. From Honolulu we drove north, past the Dole pineapple plantation to the North Shore, then along the east coast back to Honolulu. I've never seen anything more beautiful.

Cool video. My favourite place to eat in Gdańsk is Pyra Bar, they have all sorts of potato casserole .I had one with camembert cheese ,yummy and cheap. I recommend visiting Wrocław too, it has similar vibe to Gdańsk.

It's always interesting to see how people do the car camping thing! I've only started venturing a few nights aways and I love the freedom of it, my main issue is how hot it get's in there so the fan is a great tip 👍

Yeah the fan is a MUST! It's all about maximizing the airflow. Our complaint about the bug nets is that they stopped quite a bit of air, no bugs so it’s a win but we wish there was a little larger holes.

I’m 6’3 and Alyssa is 5’7. So we are pretty big people. The passenger side has an inch or two more room so I slept there. My head could touch the back of the seat and my feet touch the base of the trunk. But I sleep on my sides with my knees bent most of the time. It was honestly some of the best sleep we’ve ever had. So weird to say that😂

During my two weeks (December'24 - January 25), I found pizza to be the best choice if you're looking for a budget-friendly option. Food trucks are also a great option and can be found everywhere, especially if you're searching for halal food. Additionally, McDonald's and Hungry Jack's are readily available.
