In my opinion it's a mix between his demeanor (wears suits, looks sorta intellectual, uses fancy words) and the fact that he was a psychologist/psychology professor, because other influencers are just weird guys, I feel his "academic" background helped his image. But yeah, that doesn't change the fact that he's insane and most of his "lectures" and "quotes" are just non-sensical ramblings, thank god they removed his license to work as a psychologist.

my friend from childhood took me to church once and that day they happened to be baptizing a hooker wearing skin tight jeans and a leopard print cropped jacket with i assume nothing underneath because that’s what she stayed in. she was so sweet but she clearly hadn’t showered in days and we weren’t even outside we were in a church basement with a cold water jacuzzi. it was very uncomfortable and sad but she was so happy and sobbing. i think if i had to choose i’d much prefer to watch a bunch of weird men in their skivvies than that again. im starting to think all baptisms might be a little weird…
