“Say goodbye to my wife… I’ll say hello to yours…” That’s my all time favorite movie line. Kurt Russell delivered that line so beautifully my eyes shot tears about 8 feet across the room. 💔 Great reaction guys!!!

The sound design in this film is one of the most amazing parts. So dry, crackly, corporeal, grotesque.

Seriously!! I particularly like the pounding footsteps of the troglodytes! You can always hear them for a split second before they appear and it works 100x better than any jump-scare with loud music stab

I literally love the hateful eight idk why it gets hate so much either. Like it’s 1800’s clue in a cabin during a snowstorm written my Quentin Tarantino. What are we talking about 🤣

I really like Hateful Eight but I LOVE Bone Tomahawk. I think Hateful Eight just doesn't take itself quite seriously enough where Bone Tomahawk takes itself JUST right

Zahlers 3 movies, bone tomahawk, brawl in cellblock 99, and dragged across concrete are all absolute bangers. This movie might very well be the most unique western that i have ever seen. So well done.

The fucking dialogue in this movie is so incredibly well written and natural sounding. Its hard for me to think of many more pieces of entertainment that compete with it. Maybe GoTs S1-S4 and The Sopranos (all seasons)

So underrated, it’s incredibly well written at almost every moment, and the delivery by all the actors is just the cherry on top everyone killed it, chickory might have been my overall favorite though

Had to watch it again myself just now. Still can't pick a number 1MVP. Even Chickery seemed like such a crucial part. He's "backup deputy" because the sheriff feels bad for him and respects him. He made amputations in the civil war and knew how to set a leg so he was probably a doctor at some point.

Buddy's actor is Sid Haig he was most famous for playing Captain Spaulding in the firefly trilogy (House of 1000 corpses, Devils Rejects and 3 from hell) he was a great actor RIP Mr.Haig

I have all 4 seasons of Banshee on dvd I still think of it as one of the best series ever. I got this movie 2017 and Loved it. Super underrated with great acting, great casting and one helluva set. As brutal as the movie was the less than subtle bigotry flies by more like a fart in the wind than a bullet just because of the times and situation. The posters for the individual characters were simple yet enticing. The posters: An armed gentleman, The cowboy, The Law, The backup deputy, The town Doctor. You guys should watch Terrified. Its a Spanish Horror but I think you'd like it. Thanks again boys.

When Brooder first enters the salloon, the bartender explains that nearly all the able-bodied men in town are currently out running cattle (which seems to be the main profession of men in Bright Hope). Which explains why there aren't any other men going on the mission with them Speaking if books... You should check out S. Craig Zahler's novels! His Westerns are particularly great. Same great writing, dialogue, and characters as well as his trademark horrific violence

Lol Terrifier plays it up with cartoonish gore. The sound design on this movie, with the almost dry sound like you can hear the ligaments tear when they pull Nick apart is unbelievably disturbing. Lol I recommend this movie to a coworker....they wouldn't speak to me for like two days after they watched this lol

I literally just saw the scene where they killed Nick and had to go over to KZbin to see other people's reaction. One of the most brutal scenes in a movie I've ever seen.

S. Craig Zahler's other two films are very worthwhile. Brawl in Cell Block 99 and especially his latest Dragged Across Concrete, which I personally consider one of the best films of the last decade.
