lol, the boat motor made me laugh. i used to have a 13' flat back canoe (used to because i needed money so i sold it). i ran it on a rear mounted trolling motor. with a standard marine battery i could get a whole day of fishing in no problem. she would also move at a pretty good clip for the places i fished (mostly local reservoirs with a 9.9 hp engine limit, so nothing too large.)

We already have the 'affordable' and small Nissan leaf but the reality is no one wants EVs no one is buying them. The Toyota Corolla sells more in 1 month than the Nissan Leaf sells in an entire year

@@Argedis I am not sure for now, but in the past the Leaf used a charging outlet that a lot of charger sites don't have. Also, their batteries are air cooled which makes for short life. Also, 28K is good but not as good as 24K for a corolla. If a company really tried, I bet you could have a small EV in the 22K category with a nacs outlet with 120 volt outlets which I think would sell. But that's just me.

I hate when store advertise power tools without batteries. Then you see the tool is $100, but the battery and charger cost $200. That strategy may work for printers, however they give you a small starter set of ink. They hope the gullible buy the printer before they see how much the ink costs. People caught on to the scam, so they came out with ink tank printers with cheaper bottles of ink. The problem is that if you don't use the printer everyday or at least every few days the ink dries and plugs the line from the ink tanks. Then you use half a tank of ink to clear the line, if you are lucky.

I like driving my golf cart around Florida. This state has a special provision for low speed vehicles. I believe all states need to adopt similar provisions. Top speed 20 mph. All year long motorcycle insurance is $75. USA needs to get back to reasonable affordable transport, auto makers and government have gotten so far out of control. 11 horse power aka 8500 watts, do you really need 100 - 700 horses to get your kids from school, butt to work, and pick up groceries?

American cars suck. Really do. Here, we gotta buy a big v8 with a supercharger to get anywhere near 600hp. Mercedes, Vauxhall, TVR, and Ford Europe have small v8s that push 600hp with no supercharger. The 2022 Ford Falcon GT squeezed out 550 hp from the Australian coyote 5.0. Ford Mondeo (which we never got), has a turbo 3.0 with 450 hp. Don't get me started on "track" cars. An Evo 10 will smoke a c6 on a road course.
