I spent years as a golf pro and touring musician so I never had much time to practice my swing. I needed a swing that would show up when I needed to play. That's where I discovered the simplest and easiest way to make the golf swing. After learning this, I was able to have great ball striking with almost no practice time.

Here's my testimony for Tom's teaching. When I was much younger, I shot in the mid-80s consistently, then when I turned 38 I came down with MS and could not walk without a cane, and certainly golf was out. As my symptoms improved with some great therapy and medication, I longed to get back to the golf course. I was able to return to the game I love but found it very difficult to break 100. 2 years ago, I found Tom's videos here and started working on improving my swing. I was able to break 100 after only a few weeks and now, at 61, I can out-drive my playing partners and score in the mid-eighties once again. I'm not good by any means but I'm able to enjoy the game much more now and truly thank Tom for his great method and teaching style, it has worked wonders for me.

The best thing about your testimony is that you are humble. You say you are not “good”, only because you define the concept relative to Tour players. I would like to correct you. You, sir, are great! …and only getting better!! Thank you for your attitude adjustment for me, as I was self-whining today about some less-than-perfect ball striking. That’s an inspiring story you just told!!

in 80 years on the planet. and I dread to think of the money spent on so called golf lessons . no matter what professional I went to I was more and more confused .I now realize they all do it deliberately to make money .Then Hallelujah .I came across Young Tom .I will never be on the Tour . but thanks to Young Tom the next 80 years of golf is going to be a great pleasure I have never hit a Fat or a Thin shot . all his demonstrations are precise ergonomically engineering perfect .and being a 80 year old Spinal Consultant and still working using Young Toms instructions golfing injuries would negligible .I mentioned to Young Tom my swing was like a octopus all legs and arms working against each other LOL. by the way I purchased the Precision Impact Trainor from pure swing products .Young Tom was demonstrating . it is amazing it gets your wrist in the perfect set for the ball and follow through .and it confirms in your brain the angle for the best ball strike . I hasten I have nothing to do with the company and like Young Tom it complements his incredible no nonsense approach to teaching Golf keep it simple it has taken me 80 to work that out thanks to Young❤ +

Tom.. you are one of the few golf gurus to promote the idea of "eliminating variables" in the golf swing. The idea that you can do this and be a great ball striker is REAL and keep up the great work. This is the best approach for ALL golfers.
@SagutoGolf
@SagutoGolf 2 ай бұрын
I appreciate that! There have been so many variables taught over the years it's no wonder that despite all the advances in equipment, technology, golf course grooming, etc. the average golfer still struggles to break 100. As a result, unfortunately such sorcery from this dark underworld of golf instruction rarely finds its way to the mainstream because if too many folks found out about it the mainstream would then be rendered irrelevant....... 😎 Thanks for your kind words and support! Tom

I often see and hear people claiming KZbin videos don’t help your golf game. Only a one on one coach can truly help you. I agree with that EXCEPT for Tom. Honestly, removing the variables is simple genius. I think a lot of us want to imitate pros or people with that perfect athletic swing. And those things DO take 10,000 + hours to become a master at. But Tom truly gives simple instructions to put me into a position to strike better, consistently, and enjoy the game. That’s the best part, enjoying it. Thank you Tom

I sincerely appreciate your kind words, John, and I'm very glad to know that my lesson content and teaching style are resonating with you and providing clarity and simplicity in the muddied, overly complicated, oft-conflicting realm of golf instruction. With regard to those Tour players of today and yesteryear, indeed it took them years and countless swings day in and day out to hone their craft and get their respective idiosyncratic swings dialed in to the extent that they have. That's a testimony to their hard work, determination, and perseverance. I do occasionally share some elements of various top players' swings that we would do well to emulate or avoid. However, just like them each of us is unique physiologically and psychologically, and we should thus endeavor to build our unique-to-us swing recognizing that fact while also preferably residing within the parameters of a proven, reliable, consistent, powerful, body-friendly *_SYSTEM._* Now, having said that, the swing system I teach is rooted in physics, geometry, and human physiology, and as such it does not discriminate by age or ability - from kids to seniors and everyone in between, inclusive of the best players in the world. In fact, watch any Tour event on TV and you'll see a large percentage of players executing these motions, a fact corroborated by just how many of them have a very centered swing with the lead knee flexing and the trail leg straightening during the backswing, their lead arms on or very close to their tilted shoulder planes, and their hands deep behind their trail shoulder at the top. Thanks so much for sharing your ball striking improvement and - most importantly - your increased enjoyment, and keep up the fabulous work!! 💪💪 Tom PS: By the way, if you've not already joined have you considered enrolling in the online school and taking your learning - and your game - to the next level? That's where - in addition to detailed lessons and drills that take you through the entire swing step-by-step, position-by-position from setup to finish - you'll find diagnostic tools for identifying/resolving swing and ball flight issues when they arise, plus advanced level instruction, and much more. Thousands of men and women from across the globe - including many seasoned, low-handicap, competitive players and spanning all age ranges from junior to super-senior - are now enjoying the best golf of their lives as a result, and I'm happy to let their unsolicited testimonials tell the story: saguto.golf/p/sagutogolfreviews. At just $14.99/month or $149.99 per year the value in terms of what you get for that price point is beyond comprehension, and based on proven results it represents by far the best golf instruction deal on the planet.

A couple of days ago I got to the practice range for the first time in a few months. From my first swing, almost every shot was crispy. And this was on a sandy grass range in Florida, the kind that used to give me fits, not the friendly mats of the ranges up north. In full disclosure, I had a handful of brutally ugly shots to keep me humble, but in general, 80-90% of my shots were solid, mostly with a baby draw. Tom, can't tell you how much I appreciate your advice. In my 60 years of golf, I feel that I now have a clearer and simpler idea of what I'm trying to accomplish with my swing than at any time ever in my past. Thanks so much!

That's outstanding, Frank! I sincerely appreciate your kind words, and I'm very glad to know that my lesson content and teaching style are resonating with you and providing clarity and simplicity in the muddied, overly complicated, oft-conflicting realm of golf instruction. Excellent job incorporating it into your swing! 💪💪 By the way, I would be remiss if I didn't mention that a significant percentage of my online school members are in their 60's, 70's, and 80's - i.e.: a smorgasbord of chronic ailments, physical limitations, back/shoulder/knee/hip pain, arthritis, and joint replacements - and they are overwhelmingly elated to experience the dramatic pain-free game improvement, seemingly effortless power, and resulting enjoyment that this swing affords them. It all begins with a proper setup which provides for a free-flowing motion. Upon that good foundation a repeatable swing which produces consistently crispy impact can be built. Have you looked into the comprehensive, sequential learning platform of the online school yet as a means to take your learning - and your game - to the next level? That's where - among many other courses and lessons covering various aspects of the game - you will find very detailed instruction and drills that take you through the entire swing step-by-step, position-by-position from setup to finish. At just $14.99/month or $149.99 per year the value in terms of what you get for that price point is beyond comprehension, and based on proven results it represents by far the best golf instruction deal on the planet. You don't need the flexibility of a Romanian gymnast - or even of this far less pliable golf instructor - to execute this swing, experience great ball striking, and reclaim - or even exceed - yardages from years past. I hope you'll give the school some thought. Thanks again for your support in sharing your ball striking improvement, and keep up the great work! Tom

I sincerely appreciate your kind words, and I'm very glad to know that my lesson content and teaching style are resonating with you and providing clarity and simplicity in the muddied, overly complicated, oft-conflicting realm of golf instruction. With regard to an in-person lesson, I had phased out private instruction (both in-person and virtual) awhile back so I could dedicate more time to my online school. I've not yet set a date for when I will resume them (it should be fairly soon), but when I do the virtual lessons and swing video analysis service will be reserved exclusively for my online school members. In-person lessons at my South Carolina location will be open to members and non-members. If you are in my online school please send me a message through the "chat" feature and I will add you to my list to be notified when slots open up. If you are not in the school yet, that would be a great starting point if you are interested in any form of personal instruction. Beyond that, the school is designed to get you on the fast track towards properly learning this swing system in a comprehensive, structured, sequential platform. That is where you will find very detailed lessons and drills that take you through the entire swing step-by-step, position-by-position from setup to finish, along with diagnostic and corrective tools for resolving common swing, contact, and ball flight issues, and much more. Thanks, Tom. I started your videos last year (summer into fall) and found your approach both intuitive and helpful!! Weather here about conspired to take me off the golf course about mid-November. Earlier this week, a few days of spring came along (62 and sunny) to off I went for 9 holes to knock off any rust -- no warm up, no range time, just teed off on #1. My contact was great start to finish! Distance was rather short for me; I realized that was a mental failing ("I'm rusty") leading to minimal to no rotation but the square contact led to a fun round --- and a 39! Can't wait for the season to start in earnest.

@SagutoGolf
@SagutoGolf 2 ай бұрын
YES! The need for a weight shift in the golf swing is one of the greatest fallacies ever taught, and it has led many an amateur golfer into the vast abyss of chronic inconsistency and frustration. This system certainly allows for some transfer of pressure into the trail side during the takeaway. After all, we are moving the mass of the arms and club backwards during that initial stage of the swing. Some like to sense the dynamic pressure shifts; others prefer the feel of a gradual increasing of weight load into the lead leg from the start. However, in either scenario the key here is that we do not allow our mass - and thereby our swing center and low point - to drift back at any point. The driver will come around. Just need to be patient with it. Thanks again for sharing your progress and keep up the fantastic work! 💪💪 Tom

the part you mention about "shifting" your weight around leading to issues is pretty much what happens when my swing hits my timing issues. I have a tendency to drop my left shoulder down towards the ball and it lends to me slamming my wrists shut at impact and hitting pulls or snap hooks, been working on avoiding that entirely with your info in pervious videos (as well as this video). I LOVE your content, its really helping my game finally get back to what it use to be when I was a +3 handicap back in my college days. Thank You!

I'm very glad to know that my instruction is resonating with you, Adam! Yes - one of the many great features of this swing system is that it does not rely on precise timing or superhuman hand-eye coordination. Instead, it is fully rooted in physics, geometry, and human physiology, and it is modeled on empirical observations of the game's most prolific ball strikers. in fact, watch any Tour event on TV and you'll see a significant number of players executing these motions, a fact corroborated by just how many of them have a very centered swing with the lead knee flexing and the trail leg straightening during the backswing, their lead arms on or very close to their tilted shoulder planes, and their hands deep behind their trail shoulder at the top. By the way, if you'd really like to get on the fast track towards reclaiming your golf mojo, please consider my online school as it will make for a far more efficient, superior, and enjoyable learning process rather than haphazardly trying to piece things together through these channel videos that jump around randomly from topic to topic. The school is where you will find very detailed instruction and drills that take you through the entire swing step-by-step, position-by-position from setup to finish, along with diagnostic and corrective tools for resolving common swing, contact, and ball flight issues, and much more. Thousands of men and women from across the globe - including many accomplished, competitive players and spanning all age ranges from junior to super-senior - are now enjoying the best golf of their lives as a result, and I'm happy to let their unsolicited testimonials tell the story: saguto.golf/p/sagutogolfreviews. Love the simplicity and crispiness, Tom! I'm coming out of the holidays with a right elbow injury (I'm right handed). Admittedly, I'm a bit nervous getting back on deck but as of last week at the range I was able to set up properly, slow down my swing and took literally half / baby swings. Worked up from there. A very few bad apples and the rest were solid and straight. My main concern on my elbow is at point of contact and follow through. I'm weakest at right arm fully extended. But steady as she goes.

I sincerely appreciate your kind words, and I'm very glad to know that my instruction content and teaching style are resonating with you!! I do understand your hesitancy with regard to that healing elbow, so best to take it slowly as you are to avoid placing stress on the joint. Generally speaking, however, I also wish to share with you that this is a very body-friendly swing as validated by the fact that a significant percentage of my online school members are in their 60's, 70's, and 80's - i.e.: a smorgasbord of chronic ailments, physical limitations, back/shoulder/knee/hip pain, arthritis, and joint replacements - and they are overwhelmingly elated to experience the dramatic pain-free game improvement, seemingly effortless power, and resulting enjoyment that this swing affords them. It all begins with a proper setup which provides for a free-flowing motion. Upon that good foundation a repeatable swing which produces consistently crispy impact can be built. Have you looked into the comprehensive, sequential learning platform of the online school yet? That's where - among many other courses and lessons covering various aspects of the game - you will find very detailed instruction and drills that take you through the entire swing step-by-step, position-by-position from setup to finish. I hope you'll give the school some thought. Thanks for sharing your progress, keep up the great work, and keep it crispy!! 💪💪 Tom

I’ve been in the process of writing book about golf for the last year or so after recovering from a surgery. Tom has been a God-send with his wisdom and bringing Hogan back into the equation. I am now including him and the fundamental swing in the book. His genius is the constant drive to “remove variables”. This is exactly the same philosophy I have when it comes to professional bike repair and tune ups. I always knew Tigers swing was simple with little moving parts. I’m not sure why the teaching community seems to complicate the fundamental swing, but they do. He saved my swing and at 62 I can still crank it - now I just throw darts most of the time. Hopefully I can take my 7.7 and drop it to a 2 this year - right where it has always belonged! Thank you, Tom.

Thanks Bob! The way I see it, we can either simply put the already existing natural laws to work and thereby build a powerful, body-friendly, repeatable, low-maintenance motion, or we can twist, morph, torque, contrive, and otherwise mess with the principles of physics and geometry in an effort to better suit some ill-conceived whims, all the while recognizing that at the point of impact those pre-existing laws are going to be the only things that matter to the ball. 😎 Tom

Two weeks ago a friend of mine - a 7 handicap - showed me how to reduce the number of variables in his swing, and they are strikingly similar to Tom's, and the early results I've seen are great. I have hit the ball farther than I ever have a few times, and I know with practice it will improve. My buddy did me a favor by telling me that it will take months of practice to perform consistently. I would also like to hear Tom's ideas on how to reduce variables when chipping and putting to see how they compare to my buddy's methods.

I love this. This is basically my current play style, but with a lot more gusto. I can't get the hip swings, I can't do power down shots. So I focus on the variables instead like you said. Out of our playing group I am the most consistent and I never need warm-up shots. 8/10 times we hit that first tee-box on the course and I'm one and done, down the fair way. Now I just need to focus on adding your tips to make it even better. Thank you =)

I’ve just come back to golf from a significant wrist ligament injury. Feared I wouldn’t play again and that my swing would be shot. It was. So I've been practicing for about 5 months now and progress has been up and down. At about month 2 into my golf journey I finally figured out how to strike my irons. I then changed my focus to driver for the next 2 months. I finally became proficient at driver but it was at the expense of my iron and woods swing. I was struggling to hit my irons and woods consistently and then this video pops into my feed. I took the advice from this video to the range this afternoon and yep, I got my irons and woods back on track. Saguto to the rescue!

I'm glad to learn that you're just about ready to get back out there! The swing system I teach is a proven body-friendly method. Beyond validating this with my own personal experience as a golfer who previously experienced back pain, this is supported by the fact that a significant percentage of my students and online school members are in their 60's, 70's, and 80's - i.e.: a smorgasbord of chronic ailments, physical limitations, back/shoulder/knee/hip pain, and joint replacements - and they are overwhelmingly elated to experience the dramatic pain-free game improvement, seemingly effortless power, and resulting enjoyment that this swing affords them. It all begins with a proper setup which provides for a free-flowing motion. Upon that good foundation a repeatable swing which produces consistently crispy impact can be built. Would you like to learn some key aspects of the swing I teach in a more structured manner? Such a refreshing perspective. My “old” swing was very similar to what you teach, and felt supremely natural. I was easily the best ball striker of my crew. A few years ago, I began down the journey of a thousand swing queues. Plant back leg, weight shift, shallow the club, etc. This resulted in some pretty good rounds, maybe a bit more distance, but also a strained shoulder. What do I have to show for it? Not much, I remain the same bogey golfer I always was. I’m going back to my more natural swing this year, and plan to have fun again. Thank you for helping to validate that decision!

My pleasure, and I sincerely appreciate your kind words! Actually, this body-friendly, powerful, consistent, low-maintenance swing system is rooted in physics, geometry, and human physiology, and it is modeled on empirical observations of the game's greatest ball strikers. As such it does not discriminate by age or ability - from kids to seniors and everyone in between, inclusive of the best players in the world. Watch any Tour event on TV and you'll see a significant number of players executing these motions, a fact corroborated by just how many of them have a very centered swing with the lead knee flexing and the trail leg straightening during the backswing, their lead arms on or very close to their tilted shoulder planes, and their hands deep behind their trail shoulder at the top. Thousands of folks across the globe - including many accomplished, low-handicap, competitive players - are now enjoying the best golf of their lives as a result of learning this swing system through my online school, and their unsolicited testimonials tell the story quite well: saguto.golf/p/sagutogolfreviews. Compare and contrast that with the sad reality that despite all the advances in equipment, technology, golf course grooming, etc. the average golfer still struggles to break 100. Epic failures within the realm of “conventional” instruction, perhaps??? So many misconstrued and/or misguided teachings - such as taking the club straight back, turning the shoulders level while independently lifting the arms, shifting into and torquing against a firm trail side, firing the hips, actively rolling the hands through impact, etc. - have relegated generations of golfers to the vast abyss of inconsistency and chronic frustration (and chronic back/knee/hip pain as well). Would you like to learn some key aspects of the swing I teach in a more structured manner? If so, then here is a link to my FREE mini course “The Top 3 Things You Need to Be a Great Ball Striker”: go.saguto.golf/ It's a great way to gain a fundamental understanding of this system as well as an introduction to the instruction style that has thousands of men and women from across the globe - including many accomplished, low-handicap, competitive players and spanning all age ranges from junior to super-senior - enjoying the best golf of their lives: saguto.golf/p/sagutogolfreviews Thanks for your message and have fun out there!! Hey Tom, Because of you my swing has improved 1,000% all my thoughts have gone and it’s easy to swing. One thing I wanted to ask is keeping arms straight after the strike. This is where I “chicken wing” a lot of the times. What does straight arms after the swing do and how can I ensure my arms don’t break and stay straight throughout? Thanks, you’re the best!
@SagutoGolf
@SagutoGolf 2 ай бұрын
That's awesome!! I'm very glad to know that my instruction is resonating with you; excellent job incorporating it into your swing and putting it into play. The straight arms in the finish confirms that we have maintained our connections/structure throughout the entirety of the motion and have accelerated through the zone. Try sticking a tee in each armpit and keep them in place from setup to finish while hitting balls. That may help you to feel this or at least identify where the breakdown is occurring. By the way, based on your question I would suggest that the level of detail you seek is best found in the comprehensive, sequential learning platform of my online school, and it will make for a far more efficient and enjoyable learning process rather than haphazardly trying to piece things together through these channel videos that jump around randomly from topic to topic. That's where - in addition to detailed lessons and drills that take you through the entire motion step-by-step, position-by-position from setup to finish - you'll find diagnostic tools for identifying and resolving swing and ball flight issues when they arise as well as all my short game instruction, plus advanced level courses and much more. I'm glad to know that this episode clicked with you! Yes - as I have conveyed in several other lesson videos, the need for a weight shift in the golf swing is one of the greatest fallacies ever taught, and it has led many an amateur golfer into the vast abyss of chronic inconsistency and frustration. Thanks for your message! Tom

You are straightforward and likable. There's a lot of pros thinking non pros can use their hands to shallow the club and roll their forearms and squat like the pros and get that front hip turning outside with most of their weight. Most of us non pros can't get it ALL right most of the time. Your swing is very consistent and probably doable for most of us! Happy Friday. Going to the range today.. No stress, no fuss, more fun.

I sincerely appreciate your kind words, and I'm very glad to know that my instruction content and teaching persona are resonating with you!! With regard to the erroneous notion that we need to contrive some type of active "release", given the inability of most folks to spend sufficient time at the range to lock in the required exactness of this action this misguided thought has led countless golfers astray. It's not something that even the vast majority of pros are trying to consciously manufacture during the split second that the clubhead is traveling a distance of approximately 6' from parallel to parallel at speeds in excess of 100 mph. The forearms will naturally "trade places" from pre- to post-impact, but this should not be construed as a contrived move (although many a casual observer has gone down that rabbit hole). There really ought not be any active manipulation of the hands through the zone and attempts to precisely time any such rolling or flipping - which does nothing for swing speed - have relegated many an amateur to the vast abyss of inconsistency and frustration. Actually, this body-friendly, powerful, consistent, low-maintenance swing system I teach is rooted in physics, geometry, and human physiology, and it is modeled on empirical observations of the game's most prolific ball strikers. As such it does not discriminate by age or ability - from kids to seniors and everyone in between, inclusive of the best players in the world. Watch any Tour event on TV and you'll see a significant number of golfers executing these motions, a fact corroborated by just how many of them have a very centered swing with the lead knee flexing and the trail leg straightening during the backswing, their lead arms on or very close to their tilted shoulder planes, and their hands deep behind their trail shoulder at the top. Thousands of folks across the globe - including many accomplished, low-handicap, competitive players - are now enjoying the best golf of their lives as a result of learning this swing system through my online school, and I'm happy to let their unsolicited testimonials tell the story: saguto.golf/p/sagutogolfreviews. Thanks again for your message and support, and enjoy your stress-free, fuss-less range session!! I'm very glad to learn of your ball striking improvement with the irons, Dale - nice job!! It is essentially the same swing with every club; just some minor setup differences and naturally occurring shaft plane changes as we graduate up in club length from short irons to woods. To demonstrate, you'll find towards the end of this episode some practice range footage of me hitting a 7 iron, 3 wood, and driver: kzbin.info/www/bejne/pWHbpJaDrrNmrJo Beyond that, if you search the word "drive" on this channel you'll see some related content. Oftentimes when golfers are hitting everything well except for the driver it can be attributed to one of the following: 1) Their hips are not continuing their lateral slide through impact. This is common with the driver as the wider stance means that the hips have a greater distance to travel. If the hips stop moving laterally towards the target on the downswing then their rotation takes over, inhibiting any further necessary forward weight loading (we should be 80/20 forward halfway down, 90/10 at impact, and 95/5 in the finish), changing the low point and rerouting the club into a steeper angle of attack (AoA). This can produce a variety of undesirable results including fat and thin contact, topped shots and popups, straight pulls, and “banana” slices. Of great importance is keeping your upper torso/head in place (in other words, not moving towards the target from a face-on view) while the hips execute the lateral slide action. This preserves the swing center and the desired shallow AoA. 2) They are not allowing the length of the club to dictate the backswing path and are getting too steep as a result. The shaft of the driver is considerably longer than the other clubs and thus requires more of an around the body backswing as established by the shaft plane at address. It may "feel" flat as they take it back along the shaft plane for the first few feet, but as long as they maintain the "weight forward, shoulder down, and hands in" components while allowing the club to work around them, it should put them in the proper position at the top so they can attack the ball from the inside. (A good feel for that lead shoulder is "down and in, under the chin".) 3) Many believe - and some even teach - that we must try to "hit up on the ball" with the driver. However, consider that in our stock setup with the driver the hands are even with the inside of the lead thigh (as they are with all clubs when playing a standard shot) and our ball position is even with the inside of the heel of the lead foot. This presets a very slight degree of forward shaft lean with the driver. Beyond that, the ball is behind the zero-point of the swing (which is even with the lead shoulder), meaning that without any contrived manipulations the club will still be on its descent - albeit very close to flat - at impact. So, perhaps with the exception of folks with slower swing speeds - or those Long Drive participants teeing it extra high and hitting maybe 1-2 balls out of 10 onto a 60-yard wide "fairway" - in general the path is still ever so slightly down. In fact, the PGA Tour average with the driver is actually minus (e.g.: downward) 1.5 degrees - nearly level - and it should feel level - but slightly down nonetheless. (Here is an article on Ping’s website addressing this topic - ping.com/en-us/blogs/proving-grounds/optimal-launch-and-spin#:~:text=According%20to%20Trackman%2C%20PGA%20Tour,85%25%20ball%2Dflight%20laws ) Here is a link to my FREE mini course “The Top 3 Things You Need to Be a Great Ball Striker” where you can learn some aspects of the system I teach in a more structured manner: go.saguto.golf/ This will provide a nice foundational understanding of the swing keys that will ultimately get you mashing the ball through your entire bag. The feeling of stacking on the lead side eliminated my hip sway in both directions, and also eliminated my early extension move. I can still feel a pressure shift into my trail leg but being stacked helps me rotate my hips correctly. A chronic early extender has been healed!
@SagutoGolf
@SagutoGolf 2 ай бұрын
That is outstanding, Michael!! I'm very glad to know that my instruction is resonating with you. This just changed my swing. Here’s how I know: Recently just became a father to twins in October ‘24. Bought a Garmin r10 and got a decent sim set up at home before hand to combat not having time or money to go to the range or play as often. Highly recommend. Well now I have swing data to see what my path/face/spin/launch/attack/ etc looks like. Could not hit driver to save my life. Typically a low to mid 80s player but have not been able to find my way back there in months, even before the kiddos. THESE moves that he is describing took me from 200 yard snap pulls and 230 banana slices to 240-260 drives with 5-15 yd deviations. Straight left arm, tucked right arm, athletic posture, swing! Got me back in the groove with minimal effort. Incredible

Nice video. I was taught to golf when I was 8 years old.. I'm now 50. I golf very rarely. My wife enjoys taking me to the range to watch others watch me hit balls. Why? Without practice, I hit fairly straight fairly regularly. One thing I noticed is the right arm. I noticed your elbow is pointing toward your body (means the right hand is palm up slightly). When swinging it allows the club to return in same state it left in, at least in my experience. The normal swing has the elbow twisted out.. love that I'm not alone!

Thanks - I'm glad you enjoyed it! Actually, this body-friendly, powerful, consistent, low-maintenance swing system is rooted in physics, geometry, and human physiology, and it is modeled on empirical observations of the game's most prolific ball strikers. Have you checked out my FREE mini-course “The Top 3 Things You Need to Be a Great Ball Striker” yet? Here's a link in case you’re interested in learning some key aspects of this swing system I teach in a more structured manner: go.saguto.golf/ Tom
