It's what mates are for, we've all spent way too many hours in a mate's garage fixing his nugget that "just needed a couple things done" or boring post holes for a new retaining wall all weekend. Hey Woody, the new Shed looking good fella. Looking forward to seeing future projects emerge from here. In regards to you’re sound quality/echo issues, if you build a timber frame the same size as any of your supplier/sponsor banners you’re going to hang on the walls, then fill the frame with insulation then cover it with the banner. It works a treat. Don’t seal the insulation up just leave it open, it then helps baffle the echoes etc. Shout out if you need any more assistance. 🤙🏼

You got more tools and equipment in a month than I was able to afford for my own shop in a year 😭 Those sponsorships really are life changing. Delighted to see you doing well Woody, and really excited to see what projects you get up to in this amazing new place! As someone who does a fair bit of media blasting, I'd advise you to get a good cyclone dust separator and shop vac to extract dust and dirt from the cabinet. Also be prepared for the blasting media to get everywhere, and I mean everywhere. I mostly blast with crushed glass, and even with my cabinet in the "dirty corner" of my workshop, I struggle to keep the glass from making it to parts of the place that I try to keep spotless.

Don't look like you got much yard space so organised shed space going be a must. Fab, cleaning & painting could be tricky in keeping dust/sparks/spatter contained and off the projects . Your Bro doing great job on elecs, you have get him teach you the art of measuring lol . Keep at it Woody, you doing good and the rewards/karma for the graft will be coming ...

Little tip from personal experience about your wall of tool boxes. Put a couple of anchors in the concrete underneath them, bolt them to each other and to the anchors in multiple places in as hard to access a manner as possible. We put in an 1 anchor per box plus 1. We had 9 boxes and 10 anchors, so there was one at each end and where each one met. Had to do this after someone used a flatbed with a crane to make a hole just a big enough to drag an enitre tool box out before a business nearby noticed and called the cops and they got blocked in at the estate entrance. Two years later someone tried doing almost the exact same thing, just chose a different place to break in, got as far as trying to dismantle the one box, gave up and just stole some air tools.

Woody, three phase means 3 x 30A, Single phase is 1 x 30A. You can fit 3 x 10A GPOs on a single phase - if you have just single phase, 1 x 10A circuit has to go to lighting. Then you have 1 x 10A circuit for a lift and 1 x 10A circuit for a coffee machine :) Save up and pay for the three phase - then you can run a spa on 15A and a welder on 15A.
