I know it's been a while since the patch, but looking at how well bunny was doing early game makes me wonder again what they meant by terran needs more worker harassment. I mean to list it out we have reaper, hellion, banshee, marine drops, mine drops, raven turrets, libs, and even tank drops with gumi recently. At least half of the army is exclusively worker harassment lol.

Hydras were quite good in broodwar, still taking fights against stim rines with meds. What causes their being so medicore in SC2? Stats? Cost?

They dealt 5 damage to Marines in Brood War (vs 12 in SC2), fired slower, and had less HP. They're just more expensive and available much later in SC2. The Roach is the new Hydra. Compare them, not the new Hydras.
