Ryzen 5950x and a RTX 4080 GPU, but unfortunately StarCraft 2 can't really take good advantage of the hardware past a certain point since the last technical update to the game was almost 10 years ago. My settings are adjusted for recording in as high quality as possible (mostly ultra in game) while still getting ~60fps. Having 2x the units as most "normal" lategame matches (because of changeling + locust) quite literally breaks all my hard work tuning the recording & in game settings - but I don't think Rogue cares about that either :(

Rogue is the most creative player, tactically and strategically, I’ve ever watched at this level. And the fact that he’s done this for over a decade is truly remarkable. The Game1 empty Nydus Wyrms served to distract Terran whenever the swarm hosts were on cooldown. Generally that's when zerg is weakest since their over costed food swarm hosts do literally nothing for a minute at a time. But if the terran army is running backwards just in case, then everything is fine letting the attrition (that is normally in Terran's favor) work for Rogue
@TheSimianDeityАй бұрын
"Over costed swarm hosts"... my dude. Those units were the MVP of the whole match. And they end up that way in EVERY SINGLE PRO GAME where they make an appearance. Because it's just free damage.

@@TheSimianDeity "And they end up that way in EVERY SINGLE PRO GAME where they make an appearance" You mean until the enemy pushes and Z loses most of the time because of the high supply count and downtime. Mass nukes maybe? Byon can’t expect to rely on ghost supremacy as much anymore with new patch coming. So he might as well get back in the habit of throwing down nukes to screen for tank pushes again, like terran was notorious for back in the older days. I mean he’s gonna be ghost/tank anyways…
@JaharNarishma16 күн бұрын
Why does Rogue not use spellcasters? The overseers are only using changelings, the corruptors aren't targeting buildings, no infestors were used, the amount of viper usage was near 0. Did we see one tank being blinded, and that was it? Viper to abduct tanks would do a lot even if ByuN has got ghosts.

I personally think 90% of the time if you maxed and have stim and shield youshould always have 16 marines and two medivacs roaming about for drop harass, super effective at quick hit and runs, so removing hatcheries and closing networks. He had lots of ghosts but a stim marine is somewhat better at dealing with locausts except not tank damage. Banchee was never a re option... Battcruisers with yomato is always an option since you can retreat, and htus do, swarm like attritional damage... if he had 4 battlecruisers.. just roughly say like 4 yomatos per 5 minutes, per BC. so.. if you have 4 bc's doign attritional yom scan snipe... tp... in five minutes you can kill (typically 100%) kill. 16 things injured gravely or dead. Not to mention its capabiltiies of its auto firing, forcing out more corruptors isn't so bad, but he didn't have enough to significant;y do anything, forward mines can take otu the clusters of swarms but its all an expense if your losing minions... 8 was okay.. but the +10 typically indication to wipe them out... If byun had 10 more ghosts if they were 2 supply would of could of mad sense, instead.. it limited his terran offence and game play... so 18 ghosts... is 54 soooply ...verse 36. 18 supply is 3 Bc;s or 18 marines or 9 maruaders.. It makes the ghost a more costly unti in mass, since the ghost was fairly in effectual in his uses there. It really demosntrates imo, ghost is balanced against zerg, very well now.. if he compensated his late game for the supply change you would have even less ghosts to maintain the other game, so 9-10 ghosts, thus freeing up 30 suply freeing up around 24, giving you bc, and drop options so your less turtlign and more active in attacking... hmm
