When I was growing up we had the one computer that mostly my dad and I shared. I would play Civilization and Colonization in the mornings before leaving for school and dad would play stuff on it after he got home from work. Eventually he got his own and I inherited the old one. I still remember how to do things in DOS from those days. Man, back then Windows didn't do anything and you had to exit to DOS to do other things.

I dig the idea behind observation games, but the ones I've seen can feel a bit slow sometimes. If there were more challenging, out-there, or realistic experiences in the genre, it could really be amazing! Especially considering they're mostly built around visuals.

My favorite childhood mobile game: I don't remember what it was called but I wanna say it was a 2010 or before that, I played the game on my brothers phone and it was a game where you were in first person and you had to dodge barriers and pillars in a weird looking digital environment that would constantly change colors and get faster the longer you survived and you had to like tilt your phone screen in order to move which made it way more challenging. I have no idea what its called but I wish I could find it and play it again or at least see gameplay of it.

The closet had sliding doors, that's why the handles were on the outer edges. you can see they overlap... My personal computer was in the living room because it turned my bedroom into an oven, so I drove my mother absolutely crazy with the build menu music from the Sims. Then, later, the music from the Sims 2 😆

flash games i remember one about a tank that had to defeat waves of monsters and u could buy upgrades for your bullets it was fun, also there was "madness", "the worlds hardest game" "swords and sandals", "el bruto", good times c: i loved this one i think it was called "thriville" for psp it had a ton of minigames and "burnout", sonic dx adventure, age of empires, 101 dalmatians, some game about donald duck time traveling, crash bash, conker, i miss these games but i dont think i can enjoy them like before :( mmos made me a efficiency-metaslave and stripped the fun out of my gameplays xc

Medabots Rokusho Version? Was it on GameBoy Advanced? If so was it a fighting game or a RPG? Both were fun as heck. For those of you who don't know... Metabots AX Rokusho was a fighting game where you made medabots by winning parts (you started with Rokusho) and you can mix and match. The goal was to beat all the different areas then compete in a tournament. It allowed you and an AI to use 3 different abilities for combat. One ability per arm and your head part's ability. Dealing damage let you build up medaforce to unleash a strong attack. The RPG game was fun. Especially due to the story. You made teams of up to 3 medabots (again able to mix and match parts) for combat. The Rokusho version was slightly harder due to some encounters. But it was a blast to play. Also, the Rubberobo boss theme was FIRE back in the day. Good times.

I spent hours playing two browser games in particular; one where you're a guy with a head of a skeleton and you go through offices and kill people with chainsaw. As you progress you get guns and have to duck and hide so the enemies don't hit you. I never made it past the guy with a shotgun (like third encounter) xD The other old game was tanks. just a simple background like from MS Paint, two tiny tank on either side of the map and your goal is to use your array of weapons to destroy the enemy. I played this so much against my friends. Can't remember the name of either of these games though.

When I was 6, I would play the Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers: The Movie game for the Genesis every morning before kindergarten and let me tell you it was a cool thirty minutes to beat that game. I also had a TMNT backpack. Anyways, I’m 34 lol

Way back when if you got stuck on a game and couldn’t figure it out you’d have to wait until your mom took a trip to the mall and run straight to a bookstore and flip through Electronic Gaming Monthly or what ever other video game magazines were around at the time, hoping there was a walk through of the game you were playing. Then actual video game stores became a thing and that was almost cheating because then there were actual walk through books for games.

To answer your question regarding computers. Yes and no. I live in the UK and my parents are split. Mum had a three bedroom house for her and the three of us. There was no spare room in the house to be made into a study so it went in the living room. My dad lives in a 7 bed 4 bath house, so it went in the study with dad's work computer. You wore headphones if you were in there whilst dad was working. (Just in case anyone wonders - Dad wasn't and still isn't rich. He bought the house cheap and fixed it so it could be lived in. It took 7 years. Mum refused to allow any of us in it until it was structurally sound)

I think ghosts are real, but the thing is, the reason why they haven't been recorded, is because the ONLY people that investigates haunted houses are not initially scared nor do they believe in ghosts. And everytime someone that is scared enters, it's always debunked as just something you "want" to see, or something that you "think" you see. Also, people that are scared of ghosts don't really want to because, well their scared, so ghosts are never documented. BUT i feel like Insym and the gang does get scared easily so Maybe?

I've seen multiple videos, and can recount one group of 2 on a lighthouse episode (can't remember their names, been awhile), that entered one at a time. The first guy that wasn't scared, never had a single interaction, but the moment the guy that was, entered, they got so much interaction that it almost seemed like someone was talking to them, a entity. But since they didn't do it multiple times, they just thought it was coincidence. But its too much of a difference between them, to not be a truth.
