The girl in the video was the singer's actual girlfriend, now wife, and she wasn't actually pregnant or in a car accident. The reason they had her in the video was because the singer was so dedicated to her that he said he didn't feel comfortable kissing an actress. It makes since because he's known her since they were in elementary school and the guitarist that was on the coffin is actually married to her twin sister, making him and the singer brothers in law.

This song for me always hits hard. There is a girl that i knew and loved for a really long time but i never had the chance to date her because i moved or she was dating someone. We don't talk anymore but hearing this makes me think of her..and that the feelings for her never went away.

Oddly enough, I've never heard anyone talk shit about this band. AV7X will always hold a very special place in my heart.
