In this video we have a Nintendo Switch drawing .47 amps, not powering up and presenting no obvious shorts.
We have to delve into some online resources to solve this one.

Yea great video. Like the view where you went back over the caps so we could see what you was probing. Even key notes, red on ground helps out us novice's. I suspect the fault with P13USB Is not the DP pins they pulled to GND anyway. Conf pins very, very suspect In your case Josh! Now I need 😴💤 👍🏻 I'd say the SCL/SDA were grounded. Resulting in the high currant draw witnessed. Possible the RX lines too! they are tied in. I hope that all makes sense.

Excellent repair and and thanks to the Rossman Wiki. If this was the rcm would that mean no chance of a repair? Why it did not appear to be an RCM to start with as you mentioned?

Thanks! Appreciate it! RCM would have meant a firmware or Nand corruption likely caused by a mod gone wrong wich is why I checked for evidence of a mod. Those are not something I fix, and generally are rarely fixable without a backup of the nand.
