My game broke after entering the Pokemon Tower in Lavender Town. My sprite would switch with Misty's (a bug that has occurred before.) But I couldn't exit the building which usually resets the bug. Game broken.

Ok, the game has a few "issues" in my opinion: First, they should have made your sprite without Pikachu on your head, because at the start of the game it looks weird. They should've somehow made a Pikachu that follows you. If they couldn't do that, they should just remove the Pikachu on your sprite. Second, if you wanted to make a game of Pokemon that actually looked like was made by Game Freak, I think you shouldn't scale the overworld Pokemon to their actual sizes, Game Freak wouldn't do that on a game that would be almost just as old as Fire Red and Leaf Green, but that's not too much of a problem, you could keep it, I don't mind, it just wouldn't be realistic. Sorry for any grammar errors.

Fair enough, this was my first rom hack. Learned everything from scratch. Not a lot of info on switching sprites so that's why I he's attached to Ash. Ideally would have wanted to switch to that sprite once the first battle was done. Plus this video is the first version of my rom hack. Look it up you'll see updated videos of the game from ppl. Having a Pokemon follow you eats up a LOT of memory. There's only so much space for content on a ROMhack, so to save space for other content it makes sense to have just one single sprite moving about the map

in fushcia city you can get a light orb if you have 40 pokémon. it’s an item that only works on pikachus and it doubles it’s attack and special attack.

Nearly completed it just on island 5 plus on several before 2nd league run and cave. Lots of bugs thought like getting g stuck in gym after battling. Defo save often. Few actually recurring sprites of classic and legendarys to catch. They don't disappear so u can keep battling or catch but one does not follow commands when u catch it saldy regardless of completion so its kinda useless legendary to catch. Must be a bug. Looking forward go complete to see if all kanto and johto legandries appear. Defo fun for nostalgia. Can't seem to evolve any even new wild pikachu though and breeding centre crashes when u try ot withdraw them also learning the starter kegwndary moves on that island at the top causes it to crash?
