If you want your crust a bit more starch like a dash of almond or coconut flour helps a bit or crushed blitzed pork rinds.

The dough with chicken breast is not eatable. It's to dry and just not tasty to eat.

I didn't find it dry at all. You want to cook it until it its set and slightly golden. This might depend as well if you have used canned chicken or home shreeded chicken.

@@leighleighskitchen Where I live, there is no canned chicken (thank god). I shredded the breasts myself. Maybe I over baked them.
