i think temperature testing prototypes is a good idea tbh, if results are good then great, if theyre bad then tell them where they need to improve, dont hold it against them because its a prototype, just whatever makes their final product better. constructive feedback is always good

i love when companies are willing to show off their products before the final design. shows immense trust in their own work and with their customers

My vote is to keep the small block. Bigger is not always better. Singularity, please keep the small block.

This is actually really great to see. I'm happy to see how this progresses and am really glad you got your hands on a prototype to just 'check out' why not?

When screwing like that you should start by turning each screw backward until you feel a little click, then you start turning the screws in an X pattern turning them equally. You can mark the screw with something like a sharpie to make it easier to see how much you turned it.

I cannot stress how much I love the amount of care and attention to detail expressed when handling a prototype. He didn’t shit over them for trying something new and didn’t feel safe temperature testing or at least showing temps on something so early. Bravo Jay

I feel like the size of the block would really shine in sff and micro builds

If I was in the position to do an AM5 or newer Intel build with a de-lidded cpu, I would

You have to admit, there is something mesmerizingly beautiful about the AM5 LGA pins...like, a perfectly mowed baseball outfield lol

I honestly think it looks classy af on those boards, man. No need for a massive clunky ass cooler when you’re just gonna have pipes sticking out of it anyways

That iFixIt is always an ad that I'll never skip. If you have to do a sponsored ad, this is how you do it with style!
