i already did cut it like that but the lime is a great tip as well! Another tip is that if you leave the pit in one halve it'll stay good for longer!

Another tip. When you knife out the pit, just cleave through it to get it off instead of trying to grab a slippery ball off of a sharp knife.

I am not a professional chef but I'm experienced with certain meal types in my home kitchen, I love cooking and I do it too subconsciously. I call it the chef zoomies lol. It's from excitement

I think a big reason why Gordon looks like he's always trying to prepare food as fast as possible is because he used to work for Marco white. Wouldn't be surprised if he can still feel Marco staring daggers at him

Lime or lemon works great, but if you want it to last in the fridge for a few days use citric acid . AKA Fruit Fresh.

it is so easy to peel an avocado before you cut it up and it looks so much cleaner then when you dice it in the skin and then use a spoon to get it out.

The thing I hate about watching Gordon Ramsay cook is how fast he goes and how he just like...expects that everyone should be able to keep up with him no problem as if it something that comes naturally to all people. I get it. You've done it over a billion times. You're an internationally famous chef. I know.
