I'll give to sides, since I walked both sides. The church opened the doors to change as the world was changing with technology. Which, the church was warned then.... Not setting itself apart from the world, she joined the world in many aspects. Which, once I began to understand this in the Bible University, I began to change. With time, I left the church altogether. After coming back from Egypt, my questions deepened even more as I questioned the Western media and the actions in my home country. I was not afraid and felt safer on the streets there more, than I did in my home country. And no one was too busy or anything else to bow in prostrate before our Creator in prayer... 5 xs a day. I asked someone, "Why don't Christians pray like this?" No shyness or embarrassment. Just obediently and lovingly stopping everything to pray in unison. About 3 years later, I did convert to Islam. Started learning the science, religion, and history as my degree was in Anthropology and Archeology. Later, understood my origins are from central Asia. As a Muslim woman in the west, I have been shot at, harrassed in public places like restaurants, refused work, and more. Some of the behavior was by professing Christians. Once you know His Words, you study and obey them, strive to walk in the right path.... The One that created you, sees your heart, knows what you are going through. He walks with you, and is merciful as he sustains you. As have the willingness to forgive yourself for sins and what others have done; He forgives. Allah (God) is very loving and compassionate. We are not perfect and will make mistakes, but He is there to help us correct them. Salam Alykom

Deen means way of life, a code to this mortal life before taking journey to immortal life. Anyone who thinks he/she is a proper human being must read the Quran. If someone is adherent to Jewish faith. Should get hold of Torah read it first and then move forward to read Quran. If someone thinks he/she is perfect Christian then they must get hold of an oldest bible read it thoroughly and then move forward to study Quran. We muslims who try to connect with the Almighty Allah swt asks primarily for guidance for him/herself and for the rest of the world. We also know that Allah only likes pure and good things. We're told never to ask for bad things for oneself or for others. As this can lead us away from Allah and bring to our own downfall. However when faced with oppression and agression we can ask Allah for protection and for the downfall of the enemy just like prophet Moses did with Pharaon. Meanwhile, this Rabbi knows the truth yet likes to mix the truth with falsehood purely out of arrogance. The Quran talks much over many different groups of people who have done this or are still doing it. However the Promise of Allah swt will take place at the designated time 🤲🏼❤️
