The entire EGR system is probably VERY dirty along with the exhaust. I wish they would design these EGR systems on every car and truck so that they were easy to get to and clean.

I had a 2002 dodge Cummings my truck did that at around 40 to 50 miles an hour come to find out it was my second fuel pump going out. I don’t know if that could help you or not experienced similar issue.
