I have an Italian deli near me that makes their own Mozzarella daily. They sell out of it fast daily. I get a mozzarella ball in the water and rush home to eat immediately on homemade pizza or mozzarella, tomato basil salt, pepper olive oil 🤤. Nothing like fresh made mozzarella. ❤
